Lets also remember that he made false allegations that "Tonight while I was in Missouri, Antifa scumbags came to our place in DC and threatened my wife and newborn daughter, who can't travel," Hawley tweeted. "They screamed threats, vandalized, and tried to pound open our door. Let me be clear: My family & I will not be intimidated by leftwing violence" (January 5, 2021)
However, the complete action was videotaped and DC police have stated that the allegations are untrue.
This is false; local police said demonstrators did gather in front of the Republican’s residence to protest his refusal to accept the 2020 presidential election results, but footage of the event shows they only chanted slogans and left a constitution on the doorstep and chalk drawings on the sidewalk.

Apparently this guy is no longer with Goosehead Insurance I hope so many get fired for what they did yesterday! And because they are big time maskholes, it will be easier to identify them. One of my kids acquaintances noticed a local police officer as one of the rioters so they are tagging the police dept. and letting our community know by showing his picture on social media. |

I miss the good old days when I didn't know the names, and details on all the members of Congress. After the past four years of Cspan and watching hearings, etc, I am starting to recognize them by their voices. I use to only need to know who my reps were, now all these assholes are invading my life, (and I am fortunate to have reasonable, competent Senators and Congressman). |

24 hours later it angers me even more that it has taken an attempted coup d'etat for some republicans to find their balls. AND STILL they are more upset about the Capitol, a building, than the racism, fascism and other -isms trump has unleashed. They weren't even this upset at 350,000+ dead from a deadly "flu".
Un-fucking-believable. Thank goodness the democrats are taking over control for the next 2 years.

It's hard to be surprised these days, but I will admit this clip surprised even me. I'm actually trying to understand what I'm seeing - it looks like the tvs are showing the speech location- are we sure this isn't backstage before Trump spoke? I'd read earlier that he went back to White House during march, and this definitely looks like a tent. I don't doubt for a minute he was gleefully watching from the White House, I'm just not sure this video is actual footage of them watching the Capitol |
