When I first saw that video I told my husband it looks like a woman. Something about their walk and body language. Might not be but a woman should not be ruled out.

DH said the exact same thing.

Wife of FBI task force member arrested in connection with Capitol riot

The wife of a detective attached to an FBI task force in Pittsburgh was charged for allegedly taking part in the deadly Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.

Jennifer Marie Heinl, 55, was charged in an FBI criminal complaint filed in the District of Columbia on Wednesday. She is facing several federal charges, including violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building.

Heinl reportedly told investigators that she had gone to Washington alone on Jan. 5 and returned the next day, and she claimed she did not go inside the Capitol.

The FBI said in a criminal complaint that she entered the Capitol with another man, Kenneth Grayson. The two had been in communications through Facebook for several weeks discussing travel plans.

Surveillance video shows Heinl, wearing a red "Trump 20" jersey, walking through the Capitol Rotunda, Capitol Crypt and other restricted areas.

Heinl was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond, local outlet WPXI reported. She will be arraigned in D.C. federal court next week. (pretty low bail, she's white, she lied to authorities!!)

She is married to Mike Heinl, a Shaler police detective who has been assigned to the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force for three years, working on bank robberies and child predator cases, according to his boss.

Records obtained by TribLive indicate that Mike Heinl filed for divorce on Feb. 19. The couple had been married since October 2013.

Two alleged Oath Keepers from Roger Stone security detail added to conspiracy indictment

Two alleged Oath Keepers that were part of Roger Stone’s security detail have been added to a conspiracy indictment against the paramilitary group for the deadly attacks at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

The Justice Department announced on Thursday that Joshua James of Alabama and Roberto Minuta of Texas were charged by superseding indictment with conspiracy, obstruction of an official proceeding and entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds.

The men each face a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison if convicted.

The conspiracy case against the Oath Keepers was first filed in January and now has 12 defendants.

According to the indictment, James and Minuta drove a golf cart to the Capitol, at times swerving around law enforcement, in response to a call for individuals to head there after the breach.

Once they arrived, Minuta aggressively berated and taunted law enforcement that was guarding the perimeter of the Capitol near the East side of the building. The two men entered the Capitol through the same side at 3:15 p.m., according to the charges.

The men then stormed the building in military gear. Minuta was captured on video yelling “All that’s left is the Second Amendment!” as he left the building at 3:19 p.m. After the breach, the men gathered with many of their co-conspirators near the northeast corner of the building.

Both men had previously been arrested and charged for their roles in the Capitol riot in early March after several news outlets posted photos and videos of alleged Oath Keepers guarding Stone.

The New York Times previously reported that at least six people that guarded Stone when he was in D.C. for the “Stop the Steal” rally that preceded the attack were part of the mob that stormed the Capitol.

The DOJ opened a federal probe in February into whether Stone and other right-wing figures like Alex Jones played a role in the Jan. 6 breach. Stone has denied having advanced knowledge of the riots.

Grady Douglas Owens, a 21-year-old music student in Winter Park, FL, remains held in jail on some of the most serious charges filed among the hundreds arrested in connection with the January 6 Capitol riot.

Owens is accused by the FBI of having struck DC officer Christopher Boyle over the head with a skateboard during the melee at the Capitol. Boyle suffered a concussion and a finger injury from the attack, its report stated.

Owens was denied bail Friday by U.S. Magistrate Judge Daniel Irick. The FBI complaint shows that he faces charges of assaulting an officer, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, along with the trespassing and obstruction charges faced by other protesters. Owens faced up to 36 years in prison.

Sedition Hunters, a group of Internet sleuths, had information helpful in identifying Owens and his Instagram page, the FBI. Sedition Hunters' website describes it as "a global community of open-source intelligence investigators working together to assist the U.S. FBI and Washington D.C. Capitol Police to find those who committed crimes on January 6 at the Capitol."

The lettering "White Fang" on Owens' skateboard helped the FBI identify him, along with license-plate-reading technology with which his car was tracked. Authorities were able to locate Owens at Full Sale University in Winter Park, where is a junior majoring in music production. A faculty member confirmed his identity.
