A retired police officer knows all too well that the worst prison settings and treatment are actually given to people who assault police officers, not those who commit “inner city crimes.” He was shocked that he didn’t receive a pardon from the Insurrectionist-in-Chief, not by his treatment once he realized he wasn’t going to be pardoned. No police officer, unless they are corrupt and support the attempted overthrow of the government, is surprised by his treatment, unless it is that they are surprised that no one “accidentally” has tried to gouge his eyes out.

Inner city crimes. LOL. “Location, location, location.” Since his crime was so noble, and occurred at a shining bastion symbol of democracy, maybe he expects to be incarcerated in the Senate cloakroom and escorted by the Sergeant at Arms to the Members’ Dining Room for meals... where he’d find his pedigree of criminals.

These fools all left their brains somewhere else or never had any! Capitol rioter named after Andrew Jackson makes his ‘patriotic’ standRay Hartmann April 12, 2021 Meet Andrew Jackson Morgan Jr. of Maxwell, Texas. The FBI charged him April 8 with the usual charges of unlawful entry, obstruction of an official proceeding and violent entry or disorderly conduct in connection with the riot. But there's also one for "aiding and abetting" that would suggest an active role in "encouraging" others in the crowd. Morgan's alleged language during the riot and from his interview with the FBI make for some of the better reading among the hundreds of arrest reports. Tired of ads? Want to support our progressive journalism? Click to learn more. Morgan is identified by the FBI as "the content creator of a YouTube video channel called "Political Trance Tribune." That where "he presents as a law enforcement 'auditor,'" the FBI complaint states. The report says agents acted on a video linked to the FBI tip line. The report alleges that Morgan, "while filming other protesters, can be heard encouraging them to make entry" into the Capitol. Here's some of the running commentary reported by the FBI: "I want my bullet and goin in my house. I want that door right there! I want my bullet! Give me my bullet! Give me my tear gas!" That's followed, the report says, with words "to the effect of" these: "Send helmets forward…what's happening is that people are pushing in…getting their bullet…crack on the head…rotating…fresh people--fresh people--are we in?" ** www.rawstory.com/capitol-rioter-andrew-jackson-morgan/

These people leave a lot to b desired in the intelligence field. A man currently being held in detention for allegedly storming the United States Capitol building on January 6th is in more trouble after using prison-monitored communications devices to tell his family he was "proud" of his actions. Via BuzzFeed News' Zoe Tillman, prosecutors are urging the United States Court for the District of Columbia to keep MAGA rioter Ronald Sandlin detained because of messages that contradict his claims in court that he feels deep remorse for his actions. The prosecutors show that Sandlin, just one day after he described his actions on January 6th as "shameful" during a court hearing, sent a message to a fellow MAGA rioter in which he said he had a "divine destiny" and waxed nostalgically about the fact that "we made history that day and the full implications of our actions [have] yet to be realized." And just one week before the court hearing in which he expressed remorse, Sandlin sent a message to his mother saying he was "proud to call [the other Capitol riot inmates housed in the D.C. jail] my friends we stood up for what we believed in and sacrificed."Prosecutors are arguing this shows that Sandlin's expressions of contrition are insincere and are asking the court to keep him in custody until his trial. ** www.rawstory.com/capitol-rioter-ronald-sandlin/

" On Thursday, FBI agents arrested a 66-year-old Nampa man who the Department of Justice says fought with two police officers and tried to steal riot shields from others during the deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Department of Justice on Thursday unsealed a complaint against Duke Edward Wilson of Nampa for his role in the Capitol riot, releasing details on how he assaulted multiple police officers who were defending the capitol building... "A heavy metal musician and founding member of the Oath Keepers extremist group pleaded guilty Friday to charges connected to the storming of the U.S. Capitol and agreed to cooperate with investigators — a first in the massive probe into the deadly Jan. 6 assault. Jon Schaffer, a guitarist and songwriter for the heavy metal band Iced Earth, entered his plea during a hearing in federal court in Washington, D.C. The plea agreement, which comes 100 days after a mob of Trump supporters violently overran the Capitol, marks a significant step for prosecutors in the case. Schaffer, who originally faced six counts, pleaded guilty to two charges — obstructing an official proceeding and entering restricted grounds with a dangerous weapon. The Capitol Siege: The Arrested And Their Stories Investigations The Capitol Siege: The Arrested And Their Stories Capitol Police Needs Help To Address Insurrection Failures, Inspector General Says National Capitol Police Need Help To Address Insurrection Failures, Inspector General Says In his plea deal, Schaffer acknowledged that on Jan. 6 he was among the first people to force their way through police lines and into the Capitol. He also acknowledged wearing a tactical vest and carrying bear spray as he did so. At Friday's hearing, U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta walked Schaffer through the plea agreement and the charges. "Are you pleading guilty, Mr. Schaffer, because you are in fact guilty, sir?" Mehta asked. "Yes," Schaffer replied. Mehta said the agreement stipulates that Schaffer fully cooperate with investigators, including providing testimony and witness interviews. It is unclear what Schaffer may be able to tell investigators, but authorities are working to understand what exactly transpired on Jan. 6 and whether it was an organized and coordinated assault. The FBI is closely scrutinizing the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys as they seek to answer that question." www.npr.org/2021/04/16/988120319/justice-department-secures-1st-guilty-plea-of-capitol-riot-investigation

Three men charged for assaulting police during Capitol riotBY LEXI LONAS - 04/16/21 03:16 PM EDT Three men are being charged for allegedly assaulting police during the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, federal prosecutors announced Friday. The Department of Justice (DOJ) unsealed a 13-count indictment on Friday against Albuquerque Cosper Head, Kyle James Young and Thomas Sibick.
The three men are accused of assaulting Metropolitan Police Department Officer Michael Fanone, who was among law enforcement who responded to the mob in January.
Fanone said that rioters assaulted him, took his gear and ammunition and stole his badge and police radio. All three men in the indictment unsealed Friday are accused of assaulting and otherwise obstructing the officer. “All are charged with obstruction of an official proceeding and aiding and abetting; civil disorder; assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers; entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct on restricted building or grounds; impeding ingress and egress in a restricted building or grounds; engaging in physical violence on restricted building or grounds; impeding passage through the Capitol grounds or buildings; and acts of physical violence in the Capitol grounds or buildings,” the DOJ said in a press release. Sibick, a 35-year-old from New York, was also charged with robbery; Head, a 41-year-old from Tennessee, has an additional charge of civil disorder; and Young, a 37-year-old from Iowa, has additional counts of civil disorder, assault on an officer and robbery. Sibick was arrested in March, while Young and Head were arrested on Wednesday. They are among the hundreds of people arrested in recent months in connection to the Capitol riot. A group of pro-Trump supporters stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6 while Congress was certifying the electoral votes for President Biden’s victory. ** thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/548720-three-men-charged-for-assaulting-police-during-capitol-riot

They just can't say out of trouble, big or small!! And then she blamed her lawyer! Capitol rioter could face jail time for ignoring court order mandating she wear a maskBY TAL AXELROD - 04/16/21 07:59 PM EDT A woman who allegedly stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6 is facing possible jail time as a judge is asking her to explain a possible violation of an order to wear a mask while she awaits trial. U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth in a ruling Friday demanded an answer from Rachel Powell over her mesh mask, which he said “mocks” a requirement from the court’s chief judge, Beryl Howell, that was issued after Powell was released in February that “Defendant must wear a mask whenever she leaves her residence.” “The court does not take the defendant’s willingness to flout the court’s order lightly,” Lamberth wrote. Lamberth’s rebuke comes after a video surfaced showing Powell wearing what appeared to be a white mesh mask that does not follow federal guidance on proper face coverings. According to a February piece in The New Yorker, Powell has been a vocal opponent of mask-wearing. ** Lamberth in his ruling also panned Powell’s defense attorney after Powell told a Pretrial Services officer that she threw her mask away per her lawyer’s advice."I have to review the matter with my client and file a response with the Court. However, I can state with absolute certainty that the characterization of any legal advice I may have provided to my client is not accurate," the attorney, Michael Engle, responded to Politico. ** thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/548790-capitol-rioter-could-face-jail-time-for-ignoring-court-order

Privilege? Works at a US Naval Base, has had numerous run ins with local Jewish community with police reports.... (CNN)The Justice Department said Friday that a Nazi sympathizer who stormed the US Capitol on January 6 poses a threat to Jewish residents in his native New Jersey and therefore shouldn't be released from jail. (He's the one who has the hitler mustache.) The alleged Capitol rioter, Timothy Hale-Cusanelli, was a well-known Nazi sympathizer at the Navy base where he worked in New Jersey. A federal judge ordered him detained last month while he awaits trial, but he has filed new motions with the court seeking his release. Opposing those requests, federal prosecutors told the judge that Hale-Cusanelli poses a danger to the ultra-Orthodox Jewish community in Lakewood, which is near the Navy base where he worked before his arrest. "Defendant poses a more localized threat to the community, particularly the Hassidic community in Lakewood, New Jersey," federal prosecutors wrote in a court filing. "Defendant has demonstrated specific animosity towards the Jewish population and expressed a desire to commit violence against Jewish people."** www.cnn.com/2021/04/16/politics/capitol-nazi-sympathizer/index.html

Ok, so I’m watching the 60 minutes story about the insurrection and the oath keepers.
They are supposed to be ‘keeping’ their oath to protect the constitution.
So how exactly is attacking the US capital to overturn a valid US election going to protect the US constitution.

"Speaking to MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace on Friday, former FBI official Frank Figliuzzi revealed that more is coming from the bureau as they continue the investigation on the Jan. 6 attack. It was revealed this week that the FBI had arrested over 400 people and they expect to arrest at least another 100. They've had almost 250,000 tips from people like family members, significant others, former significant others and colleagues who turned them in. But according to Figliuzzi, there is still more coming. Wallace began by asking about members of the Proud Boys who were denied bail because the judge believed that there's a danger to the community if they were released. "There's a couple of interesting things that are noteworthy about this decision to not permit bail and to hold these guys in custody, and that is, first, interestingly, for anyone who claims that this judge might be politically oriented in his decision making, understand that this was a judge that was appointed by former President [Donald] Trump," explained Figliuzzi. "Secondly, this judge had to basically differ with the lower court or other federal court judges who had previously been inclined to permit bail pending trial because he was presented with new evidence." The new evidence, he explained, was that the Proud Boys had no intention of stopping the attacks on communities. "The prosecutors presented new evidence, and Nicolle, the people I'm speaking to who are in a position to know about where these investigations are headed, are using phrases with me like, you haven't seen anything yet. there's more coming," he warned. "And what they're referring to when I ask them is two things. The number of people that are about to be charged, as you have said, it's now been conceded that it will be at least 500. But they're also referring to the caliber and magnitude of the cases. You're going to see more conspiracy. You're going to see people called out as leaders. Don't be surprised if you see this kind of cross-referencing of Proud Boys and Oath Keepers in coordination with each other. And maybe even attempts to take both of those organizations down through an enterprise theory of prosecution."" www.rawstory.com/more-coming-proud-boys-arrests/

Trump-loving insurrectionist couple arrested for attacking Capitol police after leaving evidence all over FacebookRay Hartmann April 23, 2021 The Middletons, from Forestburg TX, are accused of having made a couples' activity out of assaulting officers on the front line of the Capitol insurrection. Here's some of the description from the FBI complaint, citing footage from police body cams: "Officers begin struggling against rioters who are refusing repeated orders to step back from the barricade and are attempting to breach the police line. As the struggle ensues, a male individual wearing a red, white, and blue "Trump" beanie hat, red and white scarf, gray or silver jacket, blue jeans, red and white "Nike" shoes, and gray backpack with a red logo on the back—later identified as Mark Middleton— pushes against the barricades and the police line with his body. As officers repeatedly order (him) and other rioters to "get back," (he) is heard yelling "fuck you!" as he continues pushing against the barricade. ** And there was from Mrs. Middleton: "We fought the cops to get in the Capital and got pepper sprayed and beat but by gosh the patriots got in!" "(In response to the question "Are you safe?") "Ya we were the first group to storm the capital. Just bruised and pepper sprayed" "Me and my husband were on the front lines pushing into the capital and got past the fencing but then we got beat by a cop and pepper sprayed so we had to retreat but you see all our fellow patriots got in" (In response to the question "Are ya'll okay?"] "Yes but we made history and got everyone in" (In response to the question "Why did they fight the cops?"] "To get in the Capital to send them bastards a clear message that this won't be tolerated." more at link: www.rawstory.com/mark-and-jalise-middleton-arrested/******************ETA: Dallas (CNN)A Texas man arrested for storming the US Capitol and assaulting police officers on January 6 also serves as a Republican Party precinct chair and has been an election poll worker in north Texas. Mark Middleton, 52, was appointed as the chair of Precinct 14 in Cooke County in December, just a month after the presidential election, according to Chris McNamara, chairman of the Cooke County Republican Party. A precinct chair is a low-level elected position in local party politics. However, Middleton was not elected. Another one................ Stupid is as stupid does............. Arrested Florida rioter thought he was breaking into the White House and not the CapitolMatthew Chapman April 24, 2021 According to the Orlando Sentinel, a QAnon-obsessed Trump supporter from Ocala, Florida recently turned in by his family for storming the Capitol on January 6 didn't even know the difference between the Capitol and the White House, and thought that he was breaking into the latter. "Kenneth Kelly, 58, also sent text messages saying he entered the Capitol by breaking windows, an affidavit said. He turned himself in Friday at the Middle District of Florida U.S. Attorney's Office in Ocala. He's facing charges including disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds," reported David Harris. "Pictures from surveillance video and text messages provided to the FBI show Kelly inside the Capitol, which he kept referring to as the White House, the affidavit said." "Inside the White house via breaking in windows," said one of Kelly's text messages. "Tree of liberty was watered today."(Me: was he one the ones who peed on the walls inside the Capitol. He seems to say that!!)According to the Sentinel, more than two dozen Floridians are among those charged in the Capitol riot. Others include a music student from Winter Park who allegedly bludgeoned a Capitol Police officer with a skateboard. www.rawstory.com/capitol-riot-2652764963/

Unsealed affidavit reveals new details about Capitol rioter on FBI’s most wanted listTom Boggioni April 27, 2021 According to a report from the Detroit News, a New Yorker who was recently taken into custody by the FBI for participating in the Jan 6th riot at the U.S. Capitol was researching information about Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) and locations of gun shops just days before he headed to Washington, D.C. Jonathan Munafo, 34 of Albany, was seen on camera punching a U.S. Capitol police officer and ripping the officer's riot shield out of his hand, which moved him to the FBI's "Most Wanted" list. New details about the case have been revealed thanks to an affidavit that was unsealed in the wake of his arrested. According to the report, Munafo is a well-known supporter of Donald Trump, appearing in interviews with a large social media presence. Following the riot, FBI agents were able to track him down because he showed up clearly in videos taken of the attack on the Capitol cop. ** Munafo was arrested on Friday in Orlando and a subsequent investigation into his online history presented law enforcement officials with a trail of evidence that has become part of the evidence against him. The report states, "On Jan. 5, the day before the Capitol insurrection, Munafo searched for information about the Calhoun County sheriff, " adding, "Munafo also allegedly searched for 'Freedom Plaza, Washington, DC,' the location of several pro-Trump demonstrations last fall protesting the presidential election results. Munafo also allegedly searched for several firearms and military surplus stores, and 'Gretchen Whitmer' on Jan. 4 and Jan. 5." www.rawstory.com/jonathan-munafo/

Capitol rioter couldn't fool Feds by restoring iPhone factory settingsRay Hartmann April 27, 2021 Jeffrey Register was arrested by the FBI Tuesday after discovering that the feds understand technology much better than he does. Register, 38, of Fernandina Beach FL, surrendered himself to face trespassing and disorderly conduct charges in connection with the January 6 Capitol riot. Register had initially denied he was there when interviewed February 24 by an FBI agent. But when confronted with photographic evidence, Register "admitted that he deleted photographs from his phone and claimed to have 'factory reset' his cellphone in order to, in his words, delete what might be proof that he entered the building," according to the FBI complaint. It turns out the denial strategy was no match for the FBI's rather chilling ability to track suspects, as laid out in the complaint: "According to records obtained through a search warrant served on Google LLC, a mobile device associated with *******1982@gmail.com was present at the U.S. Capitol on January 6. The name associated with that account, according to Google, is Jeffrey Register and the account's recovery phone number is … (Complaint is linked in the article: www.rawstory.com/capitol-insurrectionist-arrested-2652801229/
