It's about time some in this country realize (like many of us have already realized) that domestic terrorists are here, and are every bit as dangerous as foreign terrorists (or maybe even more so). Just because you are an American citizen doesn't mean you aren't a terrorist. And I'm glad to hear them called terrorists. If I hear "protestors" one more time I will lose it.
Sorry, just watched the news and I am in a bad mood! So I needed to vent.

I fear for Biden at the inauguration and wish they would do it somewhere secret and televise it. In these awful times I feel every precaution should be taken as the Trumpers will stop at nothing to get their guy to remain in charge  |

I know in Washington State the Governor ordered the National Guard in to the Capitol Building on Sunday. They've fenced off the building and are holding a line there.
His home, the Governors mansion, had the gates breached on "riot day" last week - everyone was safe, but he's not messing around with the crazies out here.

In these awful times I feel every precaution should be taken as the Trumpers will stop at nothing to get their guy to remain in charge I have finally decided I agree with this. They could even follow it with an immediate public appearance, thereby having people in place for the succession if (God forbid) it became necessary. I mean, I fervently hope everyone stays safe and protected. But if someone is determined to wreak havoc, it would be better if we had a clear set of predetermined successors in place. |

Not while the constitution still stands he is no where in line for the presidency at 1/20/21. No where in the constitution does it say go back to the outgoing POTUS Biden VP Harris Nancy Pelosi Then it gets a little bit sticky: President pro tempore of the Senate which is Chuck Grassley until the senate decides he is not Senate president pro tempore then it will be the new senate president pro tempore Then it goes on to cabinet members No where does it ever say ‘the last dude we the people just fired’ As long as the US constitution still stands Trump is done on 1/20/21 period Anything else is against our current constitution no matter whom is killed by what rampaging mob ( and I pray none of that even happens ) but they are more fucking stupid than words can describe if they think killing people will keep Trump in place and we still have the constitution. |

Could be a Republican, if they get to enough people, Grassley is only #4 - but NOT Trump. Unless they abandon the US Constitution. And I don’t know how much publicity of the line of succession and its rules would break they their utter stupidity and register because they seem incapable of understanding facts that they don’t want to accept. Imho Nancy needs to not go to the inauguration but I know she won’t do that. |

MI has had the National Guard and the police in place for a couple of days now. Our governor is a tough cookie, no afraid to make tough calls. We currently have a group of minions in jail, awaiting trial, for planning to kidnap her. She’s not taking any chances with these yahoos. |
