Did American Crafts drop her when they dropped Shimelle?

They could combine Shimelle/Amy Tangerine/Dear Lizzy into one line because they were sometimes similar. Maybe they are only keeping the Amy Tangerine line?

I wouldn't have bought any Dear Lizzy anyway.

Looks like they are only keeping Amy Tangerine...does she even scrapbook anymore? I don't think she shares as much of her scrapbooking as her other partnerships (like with Archer and Olive, Tombow, etc). She did share a page a couple of weeks ago of her new baby girl. It was very cute. She also had a traveler's notebook class this summer and she used a lot of scrapbook materials in it (I took the class and really enjoyed it).

I didn't even realize Amy was pregnant! Hah! It's been years since I followed her though. And I'm with hop2 I wouldn't have purchased DL anyway. I'll miss Shimelle though.

I have a feeling AC is one of the only brands that has those house designers. The rest probably hire actual graphic designers to produce their lines. It would really be nice to see her fall somewhere where her talent can shine. The only thing I know she's doing now is something with sb.com, but I wouldn't be surprised if she only gets paid as an affiliate (maybe she was able to negotiate a higher rate, though? idk how that works). I love her passion and the more we can see it, the less I feel like everyone promoting stuff is just trying to get their share of the pie. She legitimately has a passion for memory keeping and it really shows. That passion is contagious...to me, at least.
One person I wouldn't mind seeing physical products from is Inkie Quill. For all her quirks, I think she has a natural talent for design. I'm way too lazy to print off digital files, though. Tried that once with Traci Reed and was so relieved that the collection ended up produced by Simple Stories. I know myself, digital isn't my realm. I can't keep up with all the physical things I own, digitals just get saved and forgotten about.

This 1000%! I love Adele’s style. She has just the right personality and a ton of subscribers on YT. Patreon, too. I have often wondered why AC sticks with DL, MH and AT when they are really amazing personalities/artists out there like Inkie Quill, Missy Whidden (mixed media), Suse Fish to name a few. I bought only a few pieces from ALL of the new AC collections on ACOT. Everything was very “samey”. I currently buy entire collections of Pink Fresh or used to with Pink Paislee. Time for fresh designers! Keep Paige and Vicki but bring on new styles. I am sure that would boost sales.

Especially since I don't think MH and DL even scrap anymore. Nothing against them, but I'd rather see people have lines who are still involved in the scrapbooking community. Also, AC showed the new collections yesterday, and I don't even see a thread on here discussing whether people like them or not. Seems like a low level of excitement over the new lines...not a very good sign.

First of all, they seem to be a lot of same old same old. I like them, and I'll probably buy some of them, but they don't give me FOMO. Second, there's the chance that they'll end up at JoAnn where I can buy them for less. I'm in no rush. I can wait.
