I love the card she creates, and I want to try out this inking technique. Cards made like this would be great for popping into the mail.

I loved her technique for adding a black border without using another layer of card stock. Definitely going to be using that.

I loved her technique for adding a black border without using another layer of card stock. Definitely going to be using that. Definitely worth trying although I would have to be very careful not to get black ink smudges all over the place, especially because I'm clumsy. I noticed she had a few little smudges on her finished card in the close ups. That would really bother me! It was a great look though and a lot cheaper and lighter-weight than using black cardstock.

Not a card, but I used the inking technique for a LO background. I didn’t have any masking sheets, but I cut the circles out of an old Sulhouette mat, used the negative as a stencil and the circles as masks It was fun. Am saving the mat pieces. Want to cut balloons out of the other half.
