How do you know if your insurance covers it? We have insurance through DH's work.

I'm a month into noom and while it doesn't suck, I'm not sure I am getting anything out of it THank you! I thought it was just me. I KNOW I have to put in the work if I want to lose weight. But Noom seems like a whole LOT of work to me. Their tracker sucks. They say it is just a secondary tool to help you get the hang of the green/yellow/red foods - but if it is secondary, why the constant reminders to track? also, I have an android, so I can't make my own recipes and such. I canceled in the trial and they offered a monthly rate (vs locking in the 6 or 8 months). I figures I'd give it one payment cycle to see if the paid version was better than the free

How do you know if your insurance covers it? We have insurance through DH's work. I’m on the insurance committee for our association/union, and I heard about it this way. I also received an email about it (I get regular wellness emails from our insurance provider). Also, if I log into my insurance plan account, it’s listed as a benefit.
