We had a politician here who had a family back in the country town he came from, and another in the capital city where he sat in parliament. He represented a party who were very pro-family. People here joked that he was so pro-family, he had two of them.

So we are up to 3 wives and 4 girlfriends?

People are often looking for shortcuts that intimate: "He's a good guy. One of us!"

There are NO SHORTCUTS you lazy asses. Being married w/4 kids doesn't mean he's a good guy. Being an ordained minister surely means next to nothing (as a means of broadcasting morality) these days.

People can look "good on paper" and be god awful humans. Pay attention to ACTIONS not labels.

PS - He also appears to have sucked at his job - using work time for his sexy times: "He is a poor representative of your town. He would also visit me in Amarillo when he was on shift. "

I've often wondered why people like him get married in the first place. 

ohmygosh, and I thought just the stuff in the website story was complicated enough!  now I'm gonna have to join the facebook group to see what ELSE this guy was up to.  (and yeah- how did he have the energy, and how much $$ was spent from the county's coffers?)

What did he tell the women about how he made money?  one of the texts (to one of them, I don't remember which one) said something like, 'just made $5000 towards our wedding.'  That's not salary-type money.  Oh, wait- I forgot-- he told them he got called in to help on federal investigations, too... lol.

you mean the balls that shoot blanks now, because he (supposedly) had a vasectomy, right?  that's an awful lot of kids for someone who had a vasectomy.  sounds like he should go back to the doctor and talk to someone about that.  /s
