It will soon be Saturday for AussieMeg and Chinagirl828 . And thinking some people might want to get started using this before the end of this month on Sunday, so here goes...
Here is the January '21 sketch from Scrap Happy. I liked it b/c it allows for quite a few photos, yet lots of room for a big title.
I doubled up--or did I double DOWN?--on it to scrap some of my favourite Christmas ornaments and to document how they make me feel each year:
I am not completely happy with the word Christmas that I designed and offset a couple of times and cut in several colours with Silhouette, but gramma , I tried...

Thanks for tagging me grammadee. I've been making quite a few grid style layouts lately and this one already has me thinking of photos I might use. I love how you turned it into a double page!

Thanks for the sketch, as soon as I saw it I thought that it would be perfect for a travel page. It finally got me off my bum to do another page for my Vietnam album - it's almost one year to the day since I've done a page for that album! I ended up stretching it out to a double page layout so I could use some landscape photos instead of all portrait. It's very light on in the way of embellishments, as are all of the pages for this album, so not too many points here haha!
