I pretty much order from A Cherry On Top these days due to their shipping and the ability to preorder- especially Cocoa Vanilla products. Today‘s order just amazed me. I ordered a couple of Pink Fresh stencils and glitter glue from Stickles glitter gel. I received a shipping notice within three hours of placing the order. Now that is amazingly fast fulfillment as far as the order being picked and packaged in that short of time. Impressive!

I ordered a few items about 5 hours ago. I just got a notice saying they would email me when it shipped and not that it had shipped. I know that businesses will print shipping labels and it sends you an email saying it has been shipped, but oftentimes it hasn't left the facility.

I've been impressed that not once have they made an error in my order. I don't order often, so it's usually a pretty big order.

Update: The items I ordered from ACOT on Feb 5 were delivered Feb 8. That’s pretty fast mailing from Michigan to San Diego. I placed another order on Feb 9. It was fulfilled and mailed the same day. There is another online retailer in a neighboring state and I did not receive my orders this fast!

I would love to try ACOT, the problem I run into is that they don't often have everything I am looking for in one collection. Maybe I need to make sure I am ordering before they run out!  |

I usually pre-order from them. That way I get everything I want, and it's at a discount. They get the orders at the same time as the other stores, and then they ship it right out. Some people don't like waiting for January arrivals to mail out because their March items still haven't shipped from overseas, but it's a trade off. I'd rather get everything I want. |

That's the problem I ran into with VB Storyteller from them, I was going to order from ACOT, and then I didn't pre order, they were out of the ephemera packs, so I had to go elsewhere. I should have pre ordered but I was on the wishy-washy fence. |
