A first I was like, oh this is weird, kind of brown...but as I looked at some of the patterns and sayings I started thinking it was pretty cool. Great for anyone who vacations in the southwest or for my Joshua Tree NP pics...Sedona pics would be awesome...Death Valley, Arches NP, Grand Canyon...anyway, I think I have to get some of this. (no affiliation with FGS, just a Prima fangirl lol) www.frankgarciastudio.com/golden-desert-collection

Gosh that is beautiful! I'm not normally a brown/warm colors person and I really like everything about this collection.

I like it too, though the random phonograph cracked me up. I would have chosen a tortoise or armadillo or some other form of wildlife.
Some of the designs remind me of old magazine or travel guide illustrations, which I like.

Not for me, as I don't have a use for it, but I don't hate it. The browns make it look 15 or 20 years ago, but the terracotta and peach bring it up to date.

As you crawl through the desert, hallucinating as in a Bugs Bunny cartoon, "Horse with No Name" begins to play on what you initially could have sworn was a cactus, but. . .

I think it looks like a throwback to some of the early 2000's papers I remember.

I'm surprised by how much I like this collection. I think it may be hard for me to use, but the sepia/peach colors are really lovely. I don't typically buy Prima, but can see myself getting some of this. I especially like the cut apart sheets and the charms.

Thanks for posting, @kendramage, I usually don’t gravitate to Prima colors or designs, but this line is perfect for old photos of camping in the desert with my grandparents, and for trips to AZ to see my family

I'm a Prima fan girl too and I really like this. I now see there was a reason I didn't finish my Arizona albums. I will order some of this for sure!

I really like this one! I live in a dessert climate. Our summers are very dry, but we don't have cacti. The colors are perfect otherwise.

I love it. We spent 15 years visiting my in-laws in AZ. I don't know when or if we'll ever get back there.

I need a few of those sheets for my trip to Santa Fe but beyond that I'm not really into the 80's home decorating vibe (those colors remind me of when my friend's parents inherited a bunch of money from a dead relative and built a southwest themed house in Iowa and decorated it with all these colors, it still looks like that to this day and still sticks out like a sore thumb).

My mom moved to the southwest in the late 90's and fully embraced the southwest style. And I mean fully. She outdid the people who had lived their whole lives there. If there was another place to cram a cactus or a terra cotta item, I don't know where it would have been. She loved it. Fortunately when she moved the last time, we were able to shuffle a lot of that over to the local goodwill.

The first thing I noticed was how brown it looked, and that it felt like a total flashback to the brown era. While Prima is not really my thing, I'm happy to see this line caters to a gap in the market.

Wow, I really like this too. I have zero use for it but I can see grabbing some of it. It feels very on trend/fresh to me. Maybe because it seems more unique than most of the other stuff on the market.
