I went to Seagull Book to get my mom a gift certificate for her birthday and they had scrapbook stuff on a steep discount. Most of it was Happy Planner items like stickers and notebooks. The sticker books were $7.00. They had Studio Calico 6x8 albums for $7.00 I wasn't aware they were even sold other places. They had Becky Higgins Project Life Sister and Elder kits for $6.00. I bought the Elder kit because I like the masculine colors. There were very few that I found not usable because they are double sided. I don't have a need for the theme of the kit. 
They are a LDS/Mormon bookstore, but they have the most random stuff on clearance at times. The best deals are usually in January and February. They had four tables of clearance items.
