Has anyone made the pumpkin pie cupcakes that have been floating around on facebook and pinterest. If so how were they? My family wants me to make these for Thanksgiving. I have 2 recipes pinned that are not the same. If you made them what recipe did you use? Here is an example of one in case anyone hasn't seen them: cupcakes |

I have those pinned. Even bought the evaporated milk the other day but haven't had a chance to make them. Hope if anyone has made them that they are good.

I dunno but to me those look very wet for a cupcake, I prefer more of a cake bite or feel to mine. I have made a Pumpkin cake which can easily be made to cupcakes, but I use a brown sugar cream cheese frosting and candied pecans. Will be interesting to hear reviews on them if anyone makes them.
