I'm here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So sorry to worry anyone. I've been pretty much in bed when I can be for the past few weeks. I seem to have a pinched nerve in my neck. No idea how I got it, but doctors keep asking when the car accident was. I feel stupid since I can't pinpoint how I got hurt.
Not sure if anyone has neck or back experience to offer, but when I'm standing or sitting it feels like I'm being zapped by a stun gun in the back of my neck. I'm thinking it's my back since it happens when I sit? I should be going for x-rays possibly tomorrow, and I'm waiting for approval for physical therapy. I'm seeing my pain mgmt doc next week (so I hope he gets the x-rays!). I've tried steroids, muscle relaxers, etc., heat/ice, and nothing is working so far. Ugh.
I'll catch up soon. Hope you all are doing well. All I can say is that seeing President Biden's speech tonight warmed my heart and I feel at peace. I don't feel like I need to be glued to my devices as much these days. Thanks for worrying. xo

I was just thinking the same thing about Biden’s speech. It’s such a good feeling to not immediately feel anxiety and stress when I hear that the President is going to speak.

I'm waiting a bit but need to get back in with needles for my head/neck/back/hip pain. It worked awesome or my chronic headaches in 2019 but I need to get back to it because it all came back. |

@bergdorfblonde I don’t know if you’ve ever tried acupuncture but it might be worth looking into. Was also going to suggest accupuncture. I am currently working on a knee injury that is 6 months old and was not responding to PT. It seems to be responding to accupuncture even after only 4 treatments. And insurance covers it. |
