I saw a favorite YouTuber of mine using this glue and if she uses it, then I know it is good, so I bought it. But didn't realize until I got it in my hands that the Ultra Fine tip needs to be cleaned and removed after each use (each use as in each crafting session) and the storage tip needs to be put on for storage. Ugh. For me that might be five minutes one evening after supper making a die cut to list on my Etsy store then I might not touch the bottle again until the weekend when I can make cards. I don't want to have to switch tips out and clean EVERY time. I bought the glue because of how easy it was for her to use it. She was getting a nice small bead of glue (with the Ultra Fine tip) without sneezing the snot out of the bottle like I have to with other glue bottles.
I bought the glue from Amazon and it is not convenient for me to make returns through Amazon so I guess I plan to keep the glue. Hoping I can make it work. Does anyone use this but handle the tips different than how they suggest to use it?
Thanks

I'm trying to remember who it was, but at least one crafty Youtuber said something like while those are the recommendations, she has not actually been switching it out with the storage tip, and it's worked perfectly for her. She also jokingly said not to listen to her, too. If I can find it again, I'll edit with the name, but at the moment, I can't remember. I will say, though, that I've done the same with no problems at all.

Can you leave the tip on with a stainless pin in the tip like the fine tip for art glitter glue? ( must be stainless or it will rust & discolor the glue )
I only take my art glitter glue extra fine tip off to change to a new bottle

That's what I'm doing (pin in the tip instead of switching to storage tip). Bearly Art comes with the pin.

I bought this glue only for the ultra fine tip use and I keep the pin in it at all times. I've had it for 6+ months now, left with pin in it, and no issues. I haven't even tried any of the other tips. Is the line of thinking that it will dry out or get clogged? I probably use it once a week or so & no issues yet.

I keep the pin in the tip when not in use and haven't had any issues at all. I haven't changed to any of the other tips yet so I hope I don't have any problems then.
I really like the glue!

I use both Art Glitter and Bearly Art. I transfer the glue into smaller bottles www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JKTPJ3V/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 that have a tip cover. I find it much easier to use the smaller bottles and don't have to squeeze the (&*(& out of them. I also use a big syringe like this (https://www.amazon.com/Frienda-Scientific-Dispensing-Multiple-Measuring/dp/B07GGQP7CQ/ref=sxts_sxwds-bia-wc-rsf1_0?crid=39EMWR59YIAR1&cv_ct_cx=syringe&dchild=1&keywords=syringe&pd_rd_i=B07GGQP7CQ&pd_rd_r=3cc69522-389a-4124-a005-5a29667cb6ea&pd_rd_w=bWccX&pd_rd_wg=b8Dgh&pf_rd_p=5168df84-062d-4bdf-8a6e-2680813bd42f&pf_rd_r=4K73B5FE918S7DZR1Z6J&psc=1&qid=1615596346&sprefix=syrin%2Caps%2C241&sr=1-1-7bf78e84-8ef2-4f13-9926-bee5153e81cb) to do the transfer.

I have been using my bearly glue for a year or so. And never have a problem with it yet. Just using the fine tip with the pin in it. I do clean the pin off with my fingers before push it back.

The pin is quite long, so does it go in the glue? And that is okay? It does not cause any problems?
Thanks!!
