I am not ruling it out, but I don't have any immediate plans to get one. If I do, it would be the one does one.
I never get the flu shot.
I am rarely out around people. I have been hyper-sensitive to hand washing and distancing for years before this pandemic.
I am 100% sure anytime I have gotten sick was from touching grocery carts or doors. I had a pretty nasty case of the flu about 20 years ago. Ever since then I have been vigilant about hand washing and not touching my face with my hands if I had been out in public. I have had hand sanitizer and wipes in my rig for way over a decade and would dose myself down with it after going to a store. I immediately wash my hands the minute I walk in my house.
I have rarely even gotten a cold since I started following those practices.
If I had to interact with more people, I would probably have it by now.

My state just dropped the age requirement to 50 beginning Match 19th. I am on several lists. We were originally told that once the 60 and over crowd got their shots, it would be open to everyone. I was hoping they wouldn't do that. That's a lot of people trying to get limited amounts of vaccines all at once.

I get the flu shot. I am a single parent and I cannot afford to be out for the count. When my kids were tiny, I didn't think about it much (young, healthy, etc), but my ex got it and was seriously ill for 3 solid weeks. I got it every year after that. About 15 years ago the flu shot was not good and my DD (heart condition) got it and was VERY ill. I was terrified for her. She, of course, had the flu shot, but it was serious. I got the flu and took Tamiflu immediately and felt bad for about 3 days. I don't know what I would have done if I was out for the count. No help and kids were too little.
And I got the Covid shot. It's like the HPV vaccine for adolescents. Here is a shot that will STOP cancer. And you're not going to give it to your kids? WTF is wrong with you? My son was the second boy to get in our town. The first was our pediatrician's son. I don't understand why people complain about things and then when a brilliant solution is at their fingertips, they say no.

I typically don't get the flu shot as I work from home 90% of the time plus I consider myself to be fairly healthy. I will be getting the covid-19 shot when I'm eligible.
DH gets a flu shot every year. We both have pre-registered for our covid shot.
DS1 gets one if he goes in for a med review at the time when his Dr office has it on hand. He's not eligible for a C shot yet.
DS2 hasn't gotten one in a while. He already got his first shot (grocery store employee).
