I just don't have space to leave my Cricut sitting out so I don't end up using it very often. Anyone else have the same problem?

I can relate! At least I didn't have extra counter or table space and I have a Cricut and Silhouette. I bought this Origami cart Origami 6 drawer cart about a year ago and love it! The lower shelf isn't great if you need to access the top of your machine, I keep my Cricut Expression 2 on there and it works okay. For my silhouette, I pull it out from the wall by my computer to use. I was really hoping to find something that was wide enough and not too deep to keep my 2 machines on and all the drawer space on the bottom was a nice bonus!

I have a lot of machines and have to pull them all out. It is a pain.

I had no space too. Then I placed my machine on an TV tray I had sitting around. Problem solved.

I can't say I have the same problem. I bought it knowing I had space for it.
To me, it's just like a printer and something you need to leave out & find a space for. I can't image dragging my printer in and out of a cupboard every time I wanted to use it and I feel the same about my Cricut.
I do like the idea of having a Cricut cart where it sits on top and you have all your supplies underneath.

I have a repurposed 3 shelf cart that I use. It sits on the bottom shelf, right next to my computer. I don't have to move anything to use it.

I found a shelf at The Container Store that I am able to put my Scan n’Cut on. I put the shelf over my printer. It looks like a shoe shelf. That way I can have the Scan n’ Cut out and my printer.

I used to have mine on a cart with my printers, and a Scan N Cut too but I moved things around, realized I didn't use either cutting machine that often and stored them in the closet.
I think I've probably pulled one of them out exactly once in over a year so I'm needing other options for keeping them out.

I know it sounds silly, but I took a good hard look at my space and traded some things out for my cricut. I then decorated it with some vinyl cut outs and stickers and stick on sparkly things. I wanted to use it and make it look pretty, so that I liked having it out.

I have the same problem and I am currently looking for something that can sit/roll under my table to save me table space. I have yet to find the right thing.

I don't have space for my ScanNCut to sit out and I can't imagine any way I would be able to make that happen in my current house. But I have it in a spot where it's fairly accessible, with the extension cord and everything else I need right by it. To be able to use it I only need to be able to clear half of my main desk (usually by piling stuff on my other table). In reality it takes all of 5 minutes to set up. Sometimes I think I just need to remind myself of how easy it really is to get out.
And yet psychologically it's a bit of an issue - it's out of sight and seems more complicated than grabbing my die cut machine (which I also don't have space to leave out). I think the actual process of using my machine is as much of a barrier as getting it out. It's less direct and slower to get to actually cutting and it's loud. I also like the results of die cutting more, and it goes wrong less often.

Mine is out, but I have to unbury it by moving everything I regularly pile in front of it in order to use it and sometimes that steps is too much. I really need to purge my craft area. I have far too much.

i have a pretty generous u-shaped desk space but it is shocking how little space i have to actually work on stuff. i certainly don't have space to leave any cutting machine out. the manual or electric ones. the only thing i keep on my workspace is my sewing machine. everything else, i have to drag out.

I don't have the space to leave it sitting out all the time either - I actually store it in my garage until I need to use it. I bought the Joy and it sure is a space saver. I can leave it sitting on my kitchen table or bar for a couple of days at least since it doesn't take up much room. I wish I had a room that I could use as a craft room.

Somone needs to build a tall shelf (more like a ladder shelf) that has shelves that pull out (like kitchen cabinet shelves). They need to come out a good 15 inches so mats can go back as far as they need to. Then you could store a good 6 machines on one 18 inch wall.
