the thing I am doing is a week long "challenge" and is free. If you want to look it up, it is at www.phit-n-phat.com/Did you end up joining the paid version? I want to, but I'm also really scrutinizing my budget as well, and the initial fee is above what I want to spend. Anyone else that pays for the no BS...do you feel it's worth it? Doing the free week, and going to the gym one extra day to walk, I lost 4 pounds this week. I did not. It was too steep for something I wasn't sure I was going to use. I've been doing the month bill for Noom and I just joined ny fitness pal premium for 30 day trial and I will see if I like noom or mfp better.

I’ve always been a breakfast skipper but I have been fairly strictly IF since the start of Covid. Usually a 6 hr window but sometimes 8. I also started walking a lot more! I don’t weigh myself but at my last physical I was down 9 lbs. Breaking my late night snacking habit and getting those walks in (of any length!) have been the reason. Slow but steady.

Anyone else that pays for the no BS...do you feel it's worth it? I would say that so far, it is for me. I like learning, so having there be constant new calls and mini-classes help keep me engaged. But I will say that the heart of it really does boil down to don't eat if you aren't hungry. 75% of the rest of it helps you figure out how to actually follow through with that. Then there are other courses and calls and things that help you work on the bits of the rest of your life you may not be happy with. It is worth it to me so far, and I'm able to afford it, but I think it is something that you can do without the paid membership if you're the right kind of person.

I have a friend who is trying to start a walking group. Thursday we walked just over 2 miles around my area and yesterday about 3.5 miles around a park in a close city.
I'm going to start pilates with her in 2 Mondays

Walked again today. Downloaded Map My Walk. We did just over 2.5 miles with a 20 mph pace.
I've started using both Noom and the free trial of MFP. I think I am going to cancel Noom and stay with MFP. I find it easier to use. They do have "plans" which have daily activities and I will continue to weigh in daily.
Still lose a pound/gain a pound, but I am working on it.

Canceled Noom. I'm glad I did the month. It wasn't bad, but I didn't feel I was getting $20/month out of it. I upgraded my fitness pal to premium and I'm checking that out. Stull weighing in once a day. It is nice to see the slow, but steady trend down, even if there are days where I gain. Doing pilates with a friend for the first time tomorrow. I'd love to be in Onederland by the end of June. (If I started a weight-loss thread every other week, would anybody participate? I mean I can always talk to myself if need be )

freecharlie, I’d love a weight loss thread every other week. I’ve always been a yo-yo dieter, I’ve gained a fair bit of ‘lockdown lard’ which needs to go! I’ve started walking and watching my portion size but I don’t have an ‘I’m full button’ so frequently over eat. Well done on trying different plans/options, and the walking.
