I used to subscribe to the kit but I stopped at some point I order some kits during a sale. I just got around to using the kit (it is from June 2019) the quality was terrible. The puffy foam stickers were bent on the edges, every one except the circle one and the chipboard is all peeling and coming apart. I did notice the chipboard does not say made by Pinkfresh like my previous ones do. Is this the issues? Do they still use Pinkfresh to manufacture their exclusive products? I was thinking about resubscribing but not of this is how this are. I subscribed in 2017 and that were my older kits are from. Thank you!

I do not have anything from that far back, but they stopped their subscriptions a while back. I am sure another pea can give better info. I was subscribed toward the end, but I never actually got any emails from them.

I’m sorry your CT products weren’t good quality  I subscribed from March 2020 until they stopped the subscription, and have also ordered several items a la carte before and after they stopped the subscription. I have not had any issues with quality, including the puffy stickers and chipboard. It really sucks when you go to use a product and the quality is sub-par. Maybe contact the owner to see if she would replace your items if still available? |
