My mom saw me looking at teri bags. We both thought they were awesome. I went down the rabbit hole last night and showed her so many of your beautiful crafts. She was amazed. She said all of you were so talented.

Here are two fabric ribbon rolls I created for a class. I just love doing this. I can see myself doing this a lot. I have so many ideas for them. I love these! I have so many tiny pieces of fabric that I could use to make ribbon like this, although I’m not certain what I could use it for. I would love to see what you do with it:)

I was really trying to finish my prayer shawl (Sideways Shawl) before I started the Malabrigo Temperance KAL shawl but it is taking me so long to finish that prayer shawl and I felt I was falling so far behind on the KAL so I took the advise here and decided to work on both. I set aside the prayer shawl and started the temperance shawl - here is the progress so far Prayer Shawl - aka Sideways Shawl (using Caron Cakes yarn in Vanilla Bean) Malabrigo KAL - aka Temperance Shawl

I enjoyed my trip to Southern Twist Yarns. It was the cutest little yarn shop and the owner believe it or not was from Michigan. Her stepdaughter graduated from MSU just like me. This was a custom color dyed just for the shop called Sunset at the Beach. I thought it was perfect for a destination shawl.

Hello crafters! I haven’t checked in in awhile so I got the treat of scrolling through all your beautiful photos! I’ve finished my Sophie’s Universe and started on a Nuts About Squares blanket (I guess I like to do a CAL several years after the rest of the world!) I also started a Namaqualand blanket but set it aside because I’m loving working on the Nuts About Squares.

finsup that's one of the prettiest Sophies I've seen. I am ashamed to say my NAS cal is still awaiting completion in the closet.

My Sophie's universe ( in the same colours) is a WIP beside my chair. I've finished the first part, just before starting to square up. My nuts about squares is hanging over an armchair, ready for use. You won't be surprised to read that I used the same colourway. The squares with the cheerios were not my favourite!

Those Cheerios were awful! Mine are a real mess up close, so wonky! But there was no way I was doing them again so hopefully they won’t stand out much in the whole blanket.

I haven't picked up any knitting for about a week, I've completely lost my mojo. However, after going down a rabbithole about junk jounalling on YouTube I decided to have a go. I haven't made a journal yet but I've done some ephemera and had a lot of fun with it. I'm a little shy to share it though!
