I would like to get some Norwex cloths, but they are one of those multiple layer sales things. I am not interested in being hounded to sign up after I place an order.
Anyone know if some of the alternatives are any good?
TIA.

What are they? I am looking at a flyer for a fundraiser with all kids of MLM's and that was one of the ones I couldn't tell what it was.

It's microfiber....I don't think it's that "special".

I have a friend who sells it, so I attended a party. I bought a set of cleaning cloths and wash cloths. They really are great, although expensive. My teen DD has sensitive skin and the washcloths do a great job of gently exfoliating and cleaning pores.
I've purchased cheap microfiber cloths but haven't found any that compare. You really can clean glass with just water. The only other cleaning cloths I've found that are similar are Flylady's purple rags.

I have some and I like them, especially the kitchen cloths. What sold me was the demonstration where the salesperson wiped a piece of raw chicken on the table, ran a test stick on it, showed protein (germs). Wiped with the cloth dampened with plain water and tested the surface again--no protein. Without any cleaner whatsoever. Their microfiber cloths are interwoven with anti microbial silver threads that are self purifying. As long as the cloths are rinsed out well and hung up to dry between uses, they don't stink like a typical cotton dishrag does. I like their mop heads too, I use them with my Shark steam mop.
If you are looking to reduce the number of cleaning chemicals in your household they are a nice option. My brother was recently discovered to be extremely allergic to polypropylene glycol which is in a lot of cleaners and soaps so he bought some to replace many of the cleaners they had been buying.
ETA: LOL, I'd better find another thread to post on, I'm beastly now!

Anyone know if some of the alternatives are any good? TIA. I know of 4 Norwex dealers and have never been hounded to keep buying anything. The cleaning and personal cloths last forever and do a great job. Washing windows and mirrors is so fast and quick with Norwex cloths and the results are amazing. It's the only way I do windows anymore. I love the laundry soap. It's a little bag that goes a very long way. I used to have trouble with smelly washclothes/towels from time to time, but since using this product it is no longer an issue. DD was given a set of washclothes for graduation and a year later commented that that was the best gift she received. You really have to attend a party/demonstration to "get it". Until I did I just thought all micro-fiber clothes were the same.

I had never heard of it. I went to ebay and there are lots of things out there, but I have no idea how the prices compare.

Thanks for the replies. I have tried regular microfiber cloths and they were useless. They have them on Amazon but are $$$. I appreciate the opinions.

I have several Norwex cloths and the mop system. I got the mop and one cloth as a gift but I've purchased most of my cloths on my own.
I really am impressed with these products. I clean my stainless appliances with a very slightly dampened Norwex cloth (nothing else) and it really does the trick. I also think that it does a great job on my iPad and computer screens, too. The mop set is high quality.
I've meet been to a party but a friend did have one and I just ordered online because I couldn't go. I did not experience any pressure of any kind to order from the consultant (or from my friend).
