New instagram album, who makes it?

So I was at Joann's last night and they had an endcap with the Instax along with some new little instagram style albums (they were very simple) with a line of photo insert pages and packs of paper inserts with different themes but it was NOT WRMK.  I am trying to remember what brand they are. I was so amazed at how many new cute things they had, I guess I was overwhelmed with all of it.

Have any of you seen these and know what brand they are?  I can call the store but not everyone at my store is willing to check so I thought I would check here first.

Still in shock that Joann had anything I would even be interested in since I stopped shopping there for scrapbook supplies years ago.
