I know this is a random question, but since I heard about the Owala free sip water bottle here, I thought I would ask if anyone has had to get a replacement straw. If so, can you give me a brand or link? I have looked on the Owala website and don't see replacement parts. Amazon has some straws that are supposed to be good for various brands but I haven't seen Owala listed specifically. I accidentally threw away the straw since it is the same color as some of the plastic straws I use for smoothies. Those straws will work in the Owala if I cut them, but they don't last long and aren't always consistent with the flow. Thanks!

I don’t know of a specific straw that will work as a replacement but I did just attempt to use a Tervis reusable (plastic, not metal) straw and it was a bit too small in diameter to remain in place. I know that isn’t a great answer but it can be used as a starting point for comparison if the measurement can be found. Also, consider sending them a message. I’ve found Owala to be a really customer-service oriented company. I’d ask if they’d be willing to send a replacement straw.
