I'm just trying to restyle our master bedroom for our new house that's being built. Right now the colors are turquoise, coral, and grey, which I love and am keeping. We also have linen bedskirt and curtains, which I'm also keeping. But I don't like our pillows - we have four regular sized head pillows, and some days I add two decorative pillows but other days I don't even bother.
So how many are on your bed, and what sizes are they?

I have one standard pillow but DH sleeps with 4 pillows. Ridiculous I know!

5 full size pillows. 2 are DH's because he likes his head elevated a bit and three are mine because I have an indecisive head. Sometimes I like a soft one and sometimes I like a firm one and sometimes I like something in between.

4 standard pillows, 2 for me and 2 for dh. Whether we get to sleep on them depends on our three cats. LOL

6 full sized pillows 3 decorative pillows 1 boyfriend pillow, the pillow with arms.
All but two regular sized pillows come off at night when we sleep, but I like the support while I'm in bed watching Netflix.

When fully made up: 10 (on a king bed). 3 big square ones across the back. 4 king pillows, 2 across & 2 deep; 2 in regular pillow cases and 2 in sham covers (those in front). 3 small coordinating accent pillows. I LOVE our bed! (betcha didn't get that already....lol)
And, yes, DH is ok with it.

4 standard pillows. I'm not a fan of dozens of pillows which need to be taken off every night.

For sleeping on, I have a bolster, one hollow fibre and one feather. My Dh sleeps with a hollow fibre, and feather and a memory foam pillow. Then when the decorative comforter goes on top of the duvet that has 5 matching cushions. But they're not for sleeping on. Only to look pretty!

2 for me and 2 for DH, but I'm considering getting a third pillow for me.

We used to have two each and a couple of those decorative things that you throw on the floor every night (assuming you picked them up after the night before!).
Now, we have one each and the cat plays with the decorative ones! The other 'good' ones are stored for later. I never thought I would feel like this, having had a real 'I NEED at least two pillows to sleep' but I am far better with just the one!

5 standard pillows along the headboard (a row of 3, then 2 centered in front of those), then two King size in shams in front of that, then 3 decorative throw pillows. Seems like a lot when I type it all out!

My DH = 4
He is crazy about having a lot of pillows...somehow, part of them end up in the middle or near my side of the bed throughout the night...feels like I'm being surrounded sometimes.

6 - all king size. DH will sometimes only use 2 of his. I never use one of mine. It is more decorative and to keep the bed even. I used to sleep with more pillows but ever since we bought our sleep number bed with adjustable base, I don't need more. I adjust the bed the way I want it instead of trying to do it with pillows.

2 standard for sleeping, 2 decorative European, 1 decorative king, and 4, maybe 5 smaller decoratives on a queen sized bed. All kinds of sizes! lol
Looks really great and isn't all that much trouble to remove at night.

8 total 2 king size that I use when I sleep 2 king size in shams (decorative) 2 decorative paisley square pillows 1 decorative solid blue square (smaller than the paisley pillows) 1 decorative rectangle striped pillow (smaller than the blue square)
When I make my bed I put the sleep pillows on first and stack the pillows in shams on top of them. Place the two paisley pillows in front, the blue pillow in the front/middle of the two paisley pillows, and the small striped pillow in front of the blue pillow.
