Today DIL and DGD and I joined some friends for strawberry picking at a nearby farm. In the spirit of mothers I am posting this photo of DGD and her mom picking berries. The field was overflowing with luscious berries!  |

 I am going to have some lilacs this year. Last year I only got one flower! Still only half the bushes have buds.  DH and I went for a walk and mailed 2 birthday cards for peas. |

Sorry I have not dropped in here for awhile. Haven't taken alot of pic's this month, but snapped quite a few this past weekend. Will have to choose a few on my phone and TapATalk them. mnmloveli , that dog looks like a hoot! What amazing photos! Beautiful lilacs. too. myboysnme , that photo of berry picking is wonderful. Mmmmm strawberries... So glad your lilacs will be blooming, justjac . Mine are a little slow this year, but hope to get some soon. I love them too. |

I love Lilacs. They make me smile and the smell is heavenly. Those lilac photos make me so happy and jealous at the same time. My lilacs were transplanted from up north and they struggle in this warmer southern weather. The blooms this year were sparse and quick. But I just see a photo of lilacs and I feel like I can stick my face in them and inhale! |

My ten year old dgd sporting her sling. She broke her arm falling from the money bars earlier this month. This past week she entered the school track meet and SET A RECORD IN THE HIGH JUMP WEARING HER SLING...
One of the photos my dgs aged 18 had taken with his dad for his grad album. Look at my son in this photo. Do you wonder why I collect gnome scrappy supplies?
