Great idea Texas to just let anyone carry a gun out in public. I mean what possibly could go wrong?
Houston, TX
“Three people have been shot outside of a barbershop following an argument between two men in their 40’s allegedly over who came first in a foot race over a month ago.
The incident occurred at approximately 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 10, in northeast Houston when the Houston Police Department received a call regarding a shooting involving several victims outside the Mean Kutz barbershop, according to ABC News' Houston station KTRK.”

They are all loose..... I'm going to tell you something and I'm going to tell everybody, in our country's history, every single election official, if there's fraud involved, there's not a statute of limitations," Lindell insisted. "They take the guy that won and they put him back in office and it's just never happened at the presidential level." *** Supreme Court will vote 9-0 to pull this down," he added. "And you can sit here and go, 'Come on, Mike.' You know what? I'm just telling you what's going to happen." Lindell continued shouting at the reporter as the show's host was scheduled to interview Ben Carson. Just a quick note. John Dean talking about if former were to do a deposition in the most recent big tech lawsuit filed. "I would pay to give that -- to do that deposition," Dean chuckled. "I think a lot of attorneys would. Of course, you'd go right into the Jan. 6th, who he was talking to, what he was talking about. He'll lie. He's a very good liar, we know that. But I think if you start drawing in some of the papers and facts that are now appearing, he's going to have more trouble with it. It could be a dandy deposition. I think you could sell tickets for it and do quite well." www.rawstory.com/john-dean-trump-big-tech-lawsuit/

Evangelicals rewriting the Bible to wipeout slaves+ .... Whitewashing Evangelical Scripture: The Case of Slavery and Antisemitism in the English Standard Version," looks at how successive translations have changed in the English Standard Version of the Bible, for which Grudem serves on the oversight committee. In revisions from 2001 through 2016, Perry shows, the word "slave" first gains a footnote, then moves to the footnote and then disappears entirely — in some contexts, like Colossians 3:22, though not others — to be replaced by the word "bondservant," which could be described as a politically correct euphemism. A similar strategy is used to handle antisemitic language as well, Perry shows. www.rawstory.com/bible-verses-about-slaveryCANCEL CULTURE AT IT'S BEST! Or Rewriting history!!

Yea, good luck with that. The biggest obstacle to building affordable housing is the NIMBY crowd.
I was listening to the local news this morning and there was a story about this group in Livermore, CA trying to build some affordable housing I think downtown. They have been trying for a number of years. They finally got the ok to do so from the town council and now they are being sued by the group against the affordable housing because of “environmental “ reasons.
This group voiced their opposition to the housing at a meeting before the Council and used the term “section 8 housing”.
Section 8 housing is where the state helps the individuals pay the rent. In other words this group is against housing for folks they consider to be poor.
I guess suing for “environmental “ reasons is the new way to stop the building of affordable housing cause you know we can’t have those poor people living in our neighborhood, or our area, or our town….

Let them eat their own and more...... Name calling and all... Far-right supporters of former president Donald Trump in South Carolina are seeking to censure the state Republican Party chairman, after he compared them to a "leper colony" in a recent newspaper interview. FITSnews reported Monday that GOP officials in at least four South Carolina counties are mulling censure resolutions against state party chair Drew McKissick, who defeated Trump attorney and conspiracy theorist Lin Wood to win the post earlier this year. According to FITSnews, the censure resolutions are "the latest front in an increasingly caustic civil war within the party." Last week, three top officials from the Greenville County Republican Party abruptly resigned, in response to a campaign by pro-Trump activists that allegedly involved "intimidation, threats, bullying, disenfranchisement and character assassination," according to the Post and Courier newspaper. In the wake of the resignations, McKissick called the tactics of the far-right activists — who have created their own grassroots group called mySCGOP.com — "absolutely insane." "They have essentially preyed on Trump supporters, telling them the county and state party organizations didn't support President Trump, which is a total lie, and then they've gone forward spreading rumors and innuendos about people — everything from sex trafficking to embezzlement to rigging elections, all this garbage," McKissick said, warning that the Greenville County GOP could "fall into a state of disrepair, become a complete dumpster fire and essentially be a leper colony for the next year and a half." Pressley Stutts, a longtime Tea Party leader who led the campaign to get the Greenville GOP officials to resign, responded by saying: "We are following the advice of President Trump, who encouraged all of the MAGA supporters to go out, get involved and take over the parties with their true MAGA supporters. That's what we did." www.rawstory.com/gop-civil-war-2653757094/

This link tells it all and. I guess you can skip the rest...much better then all three..... www.politico.com/news/2021/07/12/lawyers-pro-trump-suit-499252 Things weren't going well for Sidney Powell and Lin Wood's lawyer Donald Campbell who attacked U.S. Federal Judge Linda Parker during the Monday hearing on whether or not the pro-Donald Trump lawyers would be sanctioned. *** At issue is that Powell and Wood submitted court documents "to make the public believe that there was something wrong in Michigan, there was something wrong in Wayne County," said the judge, explaining that it appears they made no due diligence to research if the claims were valid ones. *** *** The judge went one by one through the affidavits asking over and over again if the lawyers made any effort to interview the people and assess if they were aware of what the rules were or if there were other factors at play. Each time the Kraken lawyers said that they didn't, but claimed if they could just have a hearing to review the evidence then they could bring all of the 200 people in to question them. The judge asked Campbell if he believed that the standards to verify were met, and he said that he believes they were. "Wow, ok," the judge exclaimed. "And this is based upon your theory that all of these affidavits need to be viewed in context?" "How else would you view them?" Campbell asked. Judge Parker said that she believes every affidavit submitted should be rooted in fact and if you have language that is vague, that they have an obligation to clarify the claims. The affidavit she was reading was by a man who found something to be "perplexing," which the judge said seemed like a pretty low standard to include in the case. "The term 'perplexed' is enough to waste the time of all of these people?" Campbell complained. "And I asked you did you really think it was worth the time" to include these claims to begin with, the judge clapped back. * "I would caution you not to question my procedure."Detroit lawyer David Fink, who brought the complaints, chimed in saying he was "concerned about the disrespect of the court." The judge then went on to complain that the Kraken lawyers came to the hearing without having their own documents they filed. In this case, it is not whether the evidence proves their election fraud claims. It's whether the lawyers did their job in researching the sworn statements before submitting them in court. "There is a responsibility, there is a duty that counsel has to ensure that when you're submitting a sworn statement in support of your case … that you have reviewed it, that you have done some minimal due diligence. And that is what I am getting at," Parker said. As national security lawyer Bradley Moss explained, you can't make a garbage filing and then be granted the ability to move forward with your case. www.rawstory.com/judge-clashes-with-kraken-lawyers/

Woods walked out of the hearing leaving an empty chair....the US Federal Judge was not happy!! Wood's outburst came after City of Detroit Attorney David Fink delivered a scathing breakdown of Wood and fellow Trump-backing lawyer Sidney Powell's conduct in the weeks following the 2020 presidential election, which he linked directly to the January 6th riots at the United States Capitol. "Because of the lies told in this courtroom, not only did people die on January 6th, but people throughout the world came to doubt strength of democratic institutions in this country," Fink said. "This court can let the world know that attorneys not free to tell lies." He then recommended that Wood, Powell and other attorneys be referred for disbarment and that the judge ban them from practicing law within the district. At this point, Wood tried to respond to Fink's allegations by insisting that the falsehoods he pushed after the election were not lies -- but Judge Parker wasn't having any of it. "This is not a debate!" she told him pointedly.Shortly after this, Wood walked away from the hearing, leaving behind an empty chair. Watch the video of Judge Parker shutting down Wood below. www.rawstory.com/lin-wood-michigan-hearing/

Guess what... I didn't do so bad with three articles. Come to find out the whole hearing was over 6 HOURS. there were NINE of Former's lawyers. Mr Fink for the state requested that ALL NINE lawyers be sanctioned and not be allowed to ever practice in that district again!!Sorry, one more.. Sidney Powell would not back down.. she was defiant, goes well in court, not! US Federal Judge Parker, again ... At the close of a Michigan sanctions hearing that also featured fellow Trump-loving lawyer Lin Wood, Powell issued a defiant defense of her past false claims about the 2020 election, including allegations that Dominion Voting Systems conspired with dead Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez to rig American elections. *** Raffi Melkonian, a Houston-based partner at the law firm of Wright, Close & Barger LLP, observed on Twitter that Powell's total lack of contrition could seriously come back to bite her when it comes time for U.S. District Judge Linda Parker to potentially level sanctions against her. "I want to note: there was not a word I heard in the hearing... where a single one of these people apologized for their conduct," he wrote. "They could have said, 'we were proceeding in good faith, but we understand it went off the rails.' That's not a good answer, but it's something you can see in the face of such a situation. You can ask for forgiveness. You can explain how you ended up in this mess." Melkonian concluded by describing Powell's defiance as "tremendously ill advised." www.rawstory.com/smartnews/sidney-powell-court/

He has duped his followers to think they are doing his work even though they know he is telling the BIG lie... They think they are players, but he is using them as pawns! But they are his insiders... they are offering their bodies and lives to support him.. On Sunday night, we got strong evidence that, for the most part, Republican voters understand that the Big Lie is indeed a lie. They just repeat it because they view themselves as co-conspirators in perpetuating it. *** "The government was hoping that they could sort of sucker 90% of the population into getting vaccinated," Berenson said, "and it isn't happening." I'm just one of a handful of commentators who have been saying, for months, as Brian Beutler of Crooked Media noted in his latest newsletter, "that the right would try to sabotage recovery from the plague under a Democratic president." In this view, every transmission, every hospitalization, and every death is a victory, because it keeps COVID-19 in the news and denies Biden his ability to say he beat it. And if they have to use their own bodies to make that happen, well, so be it. That may sound paranoid, but as Beutler points out, these are the same conservative leaders who "sought to destabilize the [Affordable Care Act's] marketplaces by encouraging young people to forego health insurance altogether, to accept enormous personal risks for the good of the larger goal of damaging the Obama presidency and discrediting government for the common good." Killing people, even their own people, is seen as an acceptable price to pay for partisan warfare. Again, what is telling is the crowd's reaction at CPAC — cheers and applause. They're thrilled at their success at undermining Biden's goals and delighted that case counts are rising in red areas in the country. This reaction shows that, for conservatives, refusing the vaccine is really more about being part of a larger war to undermine Biden's presidency, and not so much the result of sincere concerns about the vaccine's safety. Of course, refusing the vaccine means offering your body up to a virus that can be extremely brutal and is often deadly. But conservatives are too tickled by getting one over on Biden to pay attention to the fact that they're the ones taking the serious physical risks. Once again, the best grift works by convincing the mark that they're part of the con. The martyrization of Ashli Babbitt is the grossest, most obvious version of this. Babbitt's history of online delusions suggests she may have been one of the rare right-wingers who really was duped by the Big Lie. Either way, she's dead now and it's all Trump's fault because he's the one who incited the insurrection that led to Babbitt dying. But Trump, sociopath to the core, has no remorse. Instead, he's cynically exploiting her death — a death he caused — by propping her up as a martyr to convince others to follow in her footsteps and die for the Big Lie. Most of the Trumpists who have started to venerate Babbitt as their own Horst Wessel know full well that they are gaslighting when they claim that she was an innocent victim shot in cold blood. Her death was taped from multiple angles, making it quite clear that she was shot because she was attempting to lead a charge to run down the clearly visible fleeing congressional members. But they repeat the lie about her innocence, again and again, because most of them view themselves as part of the propaganda effort. But, of course, all these self-appointed mini-Goebbels are actually the patsies. Trump clearly doesn't care how many of his own followers get arrested, shot, or injured on his behalf. As his phony exaltations of Babbitt show, he would just see their losses as his gain. And they will go down for him, time and again, mistakenly thinking they're Trump's fellow travelers, never admitting to themselves that he's using and discarding them like he does to everyone. www.rawstory.com/trump-supporters-2653760233/

by the word "bondservant," What a crock of shit. You don't own your bondservant. You don't own their children. Maybe the MALE HEBREW slaves could be considered "bondservants". Not so much for anyone else. Female Hebrews could be sold by their fathers and enslaved for life (Exodus 21:7-11) Non-Hebrews, on the other hand, could (according to Leviticus 25:44) be subjected to slavery in exactly the way that it is usually understood by slavery-advocates. Hereditary slaves were born into slavery and there is no apparent way by which they could obtain their freedom. rationalwiki.org/wiki/Slavery_in_the_Bible

Like Former is concerned or cares if he is breaking the law?! Trump is dangerously close to breaking the law as he teases 2024 run: report Matthew Chapman July 13, 2021 On Tuesday, The Daily Beast reported that former President Donald Trump's vague efforts to tease a 2024 presidential run, while not actually confirming or denying his plans, could be a violation of federal campaign finance laws. "According to the FEC, a candidate must file official reports with the government after he or she decides to run and raises or spends more than $5,000," reported Roger Sollenberger. "However, the agency also provides a 'testing the waters' exemption. That allows potential candidates to raise and spend money while they weigh their decision, without having to file reports. That exemption, however, comes with an important caveat: that money used in this period is subject to federal campaign finance limits." Brennan Center election reform deputy director Daniel Weiner said Trump's actions could overstep this exception. "'Testing the waters' is a legal concept intended to address a situation where there's genuine uncertainty," he said. "But you cannot just start raising money when you know for sure you are running and claim a free pass from campaign finance rules." The problem for Trump is that in June, he claimed he has already made up his mind on whether to run — he's just keeping it secret, telling Fox News that he can't reveal it because of campaign finance laws. But that isn't how it works, noted the report: "The grace period ends, according to the FEC, 'once an individual begins to campaign or decides to become a candidate.' And on Sunday, Trump said he has decided." Trump has repeatedly played fast and loose with campaign finance rules, going at least as far back as his former attorney's scheme to pay off adult film star Stormy Daniels to hush up a politically damaging affair. More recently, his campaign came under fire after it was revealed in April that it was using visual trickery to divert donors into a monthly recurring payment scheme without their knowledge. www.rawstory.com/trump-2024-campaign/
