Mo Brooks finally served for Swalwell suit for his 'part' Jan 6th. He claims service was illegal and says server entered his house, not likely!! Wonder if he will have to pay a $10,000 for each blocked Twitter account.

Brooks feels that the law was broken in serving the subpoena he can object in court, but he would have to appear there to do so, where he could be served a subpoena again.

Brooks was then caught by multiple accounts blocking people on Twitter, something that is illegal from official Congressional accounts. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) was fined $10,000 after she blocked the liberal group Midas Touch on Twitter. They donated the settlement to Moms Demand Action and Orange Ribbons for Jaime.

Good to hear this after the crap we've been hearing. I watched Rachel Maddow's show last night (big mistake) and was very angry and concerned!!!!! WHY has Merrick Garland fought back against the Judge's decision regarding Trump's rape allegation & descrimination??? He upheld Barr's ascertation that Trump was president when this lawsuit began, and makes it sound like he's not accountable?? I'd be PISSED if that holds up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waiting for it to unfold. What's next--he Garland gonna fight SDNY and let Trump off with that too?

Also WHY isn't anything being reversed regarding the illegal search of emails and phone records of some journalists that the Trump admin did (towards the end)

I'm completely at a loss and cannot understand why this wasn't immediately investigated and changed!!??

Sidenote about Eric Garland: I adored him for a while. He's a regular on the podcast Narativ Live, which is hosted by Zev Shalev. Noel Casler was on many shows. LincolnsBible was a regular as well as Greg Olear. One day we stopped seeing Eric and they briefly spoke about his departure with much sadness. Seems that he's a scammers and he's done very questionable schemes that affected women online. I still read him but no longer hold him in any regard. Don't trust him!

The problem I have with forgiving student debt is there are thousands and thousands of families crushed under debt that has nothing to do with student loans. What about them? How can one justify eliminating student loans for individuals who a vast majority will an earning power the breadwinners in dead end low paying jobs suffering under a mountain of debt will never have?

Of course when I ask questions like this I’m not considered to be a true Democrat.

And no, I don’t expect an answer.
