I own a Cricut (the baby bug) that does not use the computer, circa 2010.
I have two font cartridges I like and I can't find anything similar for the Silhouette. One is "Pooh font" which looks like the letters are carved into wood. The other one is Life's a Beach, which for some reason works really well for pages about parks... so I continue to hang onto the entire machine.
What are your scrapbooking issues no one outside of scrapbookworld would understand?

I never have enough time anymore. When I scrapbook, I like to make a whole day of it. Minimal interruptions. Spreading out in progress layouts. Fussing over details.
I don't want to cram a few pages into an hour, just in the name of getting it done.

I scrapbook at one end of my LR. Half of my stuff is in the basement, so I have to run down there a lot. It's actually probably good for me, but it's annoying.

I don't use my Scan n Cut often enough so I have to re-learn what to do every time which makes me not want to use it. Vicious cycle. But I do love the thing so I need to use it more!

Except the loving it part. It's just meh for me. I thought I would love it but I don't. My other scrapbooking woe is that my craft room is so tiny. And now I'm working from home in there too. It's so hard to find things and then to bring everything out and work on it, making a mess. Then I have to clean everything up and reset up my work space. It's frustrating...

For starters, finally using an alphabet stamp 3 months after buying it only to find out its missing "o", "w" and "5"...as in no stamp and not even on the cheat sheet. The zero is too tall to be used as o so I can't even substitute that. The whole reason for buying the set was because I wanted a small set with uppercase, lowercase and numbers that all matched.
Otherwise one of my big issues lately (besides time) is photoshop. I've had PSE13 for years & thought something was wrong with it because I couldn't print anything from it. So I broke down & started a monthly PS subscription. PS is so not user friendly coming from PSE! Either that or I need to figure out how to change some settings. Part two of that whole issue is that there is something going on with my laptop--the dialog box is completely different for printing. It recognizes my printers, but won't let me print bigger than 8.5x11 on my wide-format Epson. I could be something with that printer too (almost 10 years old) but the odd dialog box is the same for all of our printers (at least my PM400 works ok!)

Mine is similar- I don’t think my scrap room is too small, it’s a small bedroom size, but over this last year it’s doubled as a homeschooling room. All our school work & learning supplies slowly took over all the scrapping work space. I used to pop in there and have room to scrap a little, then leave to do other things, return, etc. But all that area was taken over. We will be wrapping up school this next week and I am dreading/excited about the huge clean-out and reorganization that’s about to go down.

When I am scrapbooking, my room-mate is nosy and thinks it's her right to be in my stuff. Jumps up on the table and plops herself down right in the middle of it all. Pushes things off the table with her paw. Acts indignant and whines, if I remove her....meow-meow-meow-meow!

She likes to be high enough to see what I am doing. At four o'clock, I can hear her banging her dinner bowl across tile and dragging it down the hallway. Then she pops up on my knees with the bowl to remind me that dinnertime is quickly approaching. Still much easier than kids!

We just go home from a nice beach vacation and I need to plant about 30 pots. It will take a long time.

That is the most bizarre thing I’ve read in a long time. What was the thought process that went into that! Wonder if they were thinking you should just use the M and Zero and be happy with it. I'd still write a review if possible and see what they say. Having two different sized stamps would drive me crazy.

My husband and I share the 3rd bedroom for office/craft space. Since he works from home a lot, I can't get to my space and create. My desk is a huge mess because I just dump & go and it's driving me bonkers.

My desk is a huge mess because I just dump & go and it's driving me bonkers. We had a guest room and an office upstairs. My husband couldn't understand why I would want to get rid of the guest room. We have two large bedrooms downstairs that were occupied by teen boys. I told my husband our guest room was only used about 5 days a year (now less than that). Why would I want to save a room for guests for five days a year rather than me use it 365 days a year? My office is more of my dump and go room. I keep my scrap room pretty clean. I realize most people don't have that luxury of having two extra rooms, but man, was it worth it to me.

You need a "Dummies" book or a "Visually" book. I get mine at Barnes & Nobel.

My studio is 14' x 18' with 5 work spaces which I have to clear before I can do anything. Then the search begins for what I need to do something. Still waiting for my craftroom genie.

Mine seems to be that when I have time to craft, I have zero motivation and end up sitting there either looking at my stuff or goofing around on my iPad. My craft room is also my work from home office and I seem to have great ideas during the work day. I get a couple things done in between meetings. Then when I have time to craft on the weekend....nothing. No inspiration, no ideas, no motivation, nothing.

I have 2 big woes. The first is I take too many photos and my opportunities to scrap them are far too few. I cannot keep up with even organizing my photos.
Second is my massive 50% unorganized paper hoard. I am trying to organize my supplies in ways I will actually use them, and it is so overwhelming. When I do get it done, and it is going on 3 years of half hearted efforr, I can see myself scrapping at home and making a dent in all those photos!

mikklynn that's me exactly! My things are up two small flights of stairs but I work in the family room to spend time with the family. If I have a small project I use a tray table and if I have a big project I set up a card table. I do get my steps in, so you are right, it is probably good for me. ComplicatedLady I love your profile picture. Silly young me thought I'd figure it out and I just needed more time. Around 40 I realized it's unfigurable. My scrapbooking woe is my lack of coordination. I have to use tools and work very deliberately to make something.

My office is more of my dump and go room. I keep my scrap room pretty clean. I realize most people don't have that luxury of having two extra rooms, but man, was it worth it to me. My house is small (1150 sq ft) and was perfect for just the 2 of us, then I had to go and have a baby (who's now almost 6) and we've realized this small house is not big enough for 3 people (1 with lots of toys and 1 with lots of paper crafting supplies LOL) My husband wants to get a pinball machine too so we're slowly looking for a larger space, very slowly because our house is paid off and we really don't want to pay a mortgage again. I need to start playing the lottery again! Mine seems to be that when I have time to craft, I have zero motivation and end up sitting there either looking at my stuff or goofing around on my iPad. This is me, my husband will take my daughter for a bike ride or to the park for a couple of hours and I end up playing games on my phone or watching crafty YouTube videos when I could be starting a project or making a card or something crafty!

I don't have any stories I feel like telling. I am scrapping random pictures and being more theme oriented than I normally would because (for once..ha!) I don't really have anything to say.

Mine is my printer is giving me fits. It won't connect wirelessly to my personal laptop anymore. When I do finally get my laptop connected with the cable (which is a pain for a variety of reasons), it prints streaky. I need to either call them or google the user guide and figure out both those issues.

I enjoy making special cards, but there's nobody who'd care enough about the final product to make it worth putting in the dozens of hours of effort that I want to gift them to. So I don't make them anymore.

My woe is my Cameo. I have the...second version? I know my software is way out of date, and I'm nervous to go to the Silhouette website to try to figure it out. I haven't used in like 5 years and I have a new laptop that doesn't have the software downloaded at all.
I can't even access the online store to purchase designs because the old software is so out of date. In the back of my mind I recall there were issues w/updating really older software and anticipating that headache keeps me from even attemping it.

I was still regularly using it but it started making weird cuts. Totally wrong cuts just diagonally across the paper. I dreaded having to look for info on how to save my cut files and update the software but knew that if I didn’t I wouldn’t be able to use it anymore. It took about 15 minutes. 🥴🤡
