Has anyone ordered from Hello Bluebird recently? I placed a small order on May 8 and have not received the order or any tracking information. Today is May 24. It was probably last week I sent them an email inquiring about the order. I did not receive a reply. Hopefully I can get my money back or the order and they’ve lost me as a customer. |

I ordered from them a couple months ago. It wasn’t lightening fast shipping but I don’t recall it taking as long as yours for my order to leave the warehouse.
As a side note, I ordered from a popular company 9 days ago that has always shipped quick and so far nothing. I’m starting to get a bit peeved to be honest.

It’s just a husband and wife running the business and shipping. They are generally slow shippers but I have always received everything I have ordered. |

Hello Bluebird did send a nice email reply back today, May 25. They said that they did miss my previous email and they apologized for that. I did receive a tracking number for my order today.

I don't see how the online stores that take a long time to mail out an order expect repeat business. Nowadays there are a lot of different cute brands of stamps and papers and a quite a few choices of online craft stores to purchase them from. There are a few online stores that even mail out their orders the same day or the next. Pinklady, good luck in getting your order. |
