Hey everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend It was cold and rainy here all weekend, so I would able to snuggle down and get one half of my mom's wrap completed. I ended up having to restart it because I found I had miscounted some stitches and it was shaping all wonky, had to do a redo. Here is the first half: What is everyone else working on? With Thanksgiving next week, I may not get much done in the next 10 days, but I am sure the CChristmas gift making anxiety will set in next Friday, lol!

That looks wonderfully cozy!
I finished the baby dress (I had the separate post about it) last week, and finished a sweater for my daughter this morning (except for the buttons, it is always, always the buttons). I am casting on for a sweater for my oldest son today, and for a cowl for me. I have a sweater that needs buttons for my toddler.

It has been oddly cold this last week and even though it makes you think of making cozy things, it has been cold move my fingers along to crochet!

Yes, DaisyDoodles, it is extremely warm. A friend of ours lives in upstate NY. She is here until December. She saw it last night, and loved it. I think I am going to make her one as it would be perfect for where she lives. Her hubby is still in NY, and they are supposed to get 3 feet of snow today. Oh dear! Yep, she needs one of these scarves. LOL!

I love the pink and the pattern.

I've been busy with my business this week and had a sick kid, so didn't get a whole lot done on my baby blanket. I did, however, end up finding another ball of the yarn I was using (I knew it was around here somewhere), so I'll have enough to finish it. Yay!

akathy, I missed the post explaining why you are crocheting "lots" of dish cloths. Are you giving them away as gifts? Making them for a craft show or fundraiser??

Well, I made a second scarf exactly like the one above for my daughter, and I gave it to our friend that is visiting from Watertown, NY. She loved it. She said she wore it for most of the night last night. I told her I will make her more in other colors. I can't imagine living where she does without a closet full of scarves. LOL!

That was very nice of you, I am sure she will love it! I finally finished my mom's wrap (see above). Now, I can start on my boss's alpaca wrap! So excited!
