Is there a paper folder machine for cardstock? Heavy cardstock? That doesn't cost over $800?
I'm tired of using my Scor-Buddy and a bone folder (that wears out after a month). I wish I could get a machine to do it for me to make card bases. I just make them as I need them, but it get tiresome.
Okay, crafting whine over.

I bet a place like FedEx Kinkos could cut and fold them. I know they cut for sure.
Have you tried a Teflon bone folder? I’ve had mine for a few years...still looks like new.

I think Staples will do it. But no guarantee that it will be as precise as you'd want.

Fedex Kinkos will cut your card stock for like 1.25 a cut! Very affordable! I asked about scoring and they don't do that. I actually use a stylus pen and it works better on heavy card stock. I have a Martha Stewart scoring board.

There are scoring machines. There are ‘manual’ lever ones that start around $80 ish and electric ones around $175+ Here’s a review of a generic one youtu.be/Ry2BaZqEB0U

You can buy premade cards and envies at any of the major hobby stores. I don't know how you "wear out" a bone folder, but if the one you have came with your Scor-Buddy, then call 1-877-629-9908. I have a Scor Buddy (actually I have 3), but I use one of my Scor-Pals for making cards. I use 8½ X 11 cs and score @ 4¼, then cut in half for 2 A2's. I also make my own envies.

I have the Teflon bone folder from Simon Says that everyone says to get (the little one). The tip is wearing out already and I haven't had it very long. I do have heavy cardstock for my card bases. I can't remember the thickness. I get it from a paper store in Minneapolis in bulk.
I cut my cardstock in half at home, with a Dream Cutz, so that is no problem.

I have a cheapie bone folder and make hundreds of cards a year. I didn’t think it was possible to wear one out. I’ve had the same one for years, I think it’s WRMK, gray. I use a Martha Stewart scoring board and 110 lb cardstock.

I usually seat down and make a bunch of card bases at once while I watch TV. I do use a stylus with my score board. The machine looks interesting, but no free return on it and I would not risk buying it and not liking it. Here is a picture how I keep my ready to use bases http://instagram.com/p/CNsqeaxpu-t

I don’t do enough card bases to have it matter for me personally, and 1/2 of what I do is from kits or classes from my LSS which come with card bases. However, I was snooping around because my DD was considering cards for her shop. I wanted to know some stuff if she decided to go that direction with her shop because I’m usually her sounding board. I like to have some basis for the devils advocate style questions I ask when she bounces stuff off me. Right now she does post card size prints.

I’m not a cardmaker, but premade card bases are made by machine & available at big box stores.

I remembered that a crafter who I watch on YouTube showed a paper creasing machine that she uses for her card bases, so I found her video. I bought this baby on Amazon for $88 and it arrived last night. It creases/scores the paper with the turn the lever. Then you fold the card in half. Done! Saves on my hand and wrist from scoring with the Scor-Buddy. I LOVE it. It is kind of big, but I will store it in the other room after I get a bunch of card bases done. It measures approximately 13" by 22". It was the smallest one I could find that had good reviews on Amazon.
