A trigger warning might have been good for the spheksophobes amongst us! My heart rate jumped when I saw that photo. I will try to remember to stick to cute animals and pretty flowers 😂 I’d be fine with spiders, snakes, piranhas, alligators, or anything else you want to post! But my friends and I stumbled into a wasps' nest when I was a child, and despite many sessions of CBT, I still have an immense phobia of them. And it’s ridiculous that even a photo starts the fight or flight response(and it’s always flight). It ruins my summer every year. 😢
(And I totally accept that it’s my problem and you can post whatever you want. 😊)

I was in Annapolis and this is a photo of the hotel atrium. There were 4 stories and over 500 maritime pictures. I loved it. I really love this, but am I the only one getting twitchy over the tilted frame? No, not at all! I have actually had to work very hard to rid myself of righting every crooked frame I come across, no matter where I am. It hadn’t occurred to me that was rude. My in-laws have SO MANY crooked items in their walls. Almost every psychiatrist, psychologist, and counselor I have ever been to has a crooked item behind them on the wall. Have any of you ever experienced that? It feels like a test, but that’s probably my paranoia. When my DH & I first met with my last therapist about my anxiety she was asking him for his input and the first thing out of his mouth was “I can tell you she’s noticed that crooked frame and it’s driving her crazy.”

Another kitty photo but actually focus is more on the dog. He is so happy they decided he's not so bad after all. And this is the sassy one. She gave him more grief (and swats and hisses) than the little male kitty. http://instagr.am/p/CQXbJ-tAu25 Awww, I’m so happy they’ve decided to be his friend ❤️

MichyM Toby, the dog, may soon regret that the kitties no longer fear him. They have now somewhat become their plaything. When that tail wags, oh! that fringe fur on the back of his legs, that face needs rubbing and on and on. So far he smiles and loves in but does distance himself when they are in full blown Crazies. I think distance=denial if they cause too much havoc. 😂
