Miss Freddy offers several online classes for photo organization/storage/editing. Her 'Backup Bootcamp' has been a life saver for me in getting all the thousands of Digital photos on my computers rounded up and organized. I learned how to backup everything and how to run a program that finds all the copies of the same photo even if I had them stored (and named!) different things. She spells everything out and walks you through all the steps in her classes and I cannot recommend her enough. Today is her birthday and all her classes are 25% off today only. Thank you, I just signed up. I have been wanting too since hearing about it here, but the price scared me a bit. 25% off is just perfect, should have not been so cheap earlier as it would have been nice to do during my year off!

Thank you for posting, I am excited to give it a whirl. I was the same way, lol. I love that once you get it under control that she shows you how to do the 'short' version of it to keep up with it. It will take some time the first time, but once you get it done once, when you need to clean up your desktop later on it will be a piece of cake as all the hard work is already done. |

I really want the DSLR Basics class. Actually use the fancy camera instead of my phone.
The backup bootcamp and family yearbook look good too. I have a backup plan but hers is probably more automated.

I have a backup plan but hers is probably more automated. The backup class walks you through what services you can use to back up (cloud base, etc). Pros/Cons of each. Its very thought out and she simplifies it all to where I could understand. |
