I've never created a stash kit, but am really motivated to use up some of my older products. I definitely have had the mind set of saving them for the right page. So for the pictures I plan to use, I'm using a Vicki Boutin 6x8 paper pad Kaleidoscope as my inspiration. I love the colors and papers and I have added my embellishments. I have a few misc. Vicki Boutin 12x12 papers that I can use, but can anyone think of lines from other manufactures that I can dig through to add to my kit that would complement that collection without buying anything? I have some AC (not tons), Echo Park, Simple Stories, lots of old lines and more. Those colors (very saturated) from that pad were never my go to, but I'm liking them much more now. I think if I go digging through my papers I will totally squirrel and get sidetracked so hoping someone has some suggestions.

Do you have any old Basic Grey? Some of Vicki's lines have a slightly distressed look that remind me of Basic Grey...maybe some of the brighter collections like Lime Rickey, Fresh Cut, High Line, Sweet Threads.
Also, check the B-sides of your AC and Echo Park papers. They might have good tone on tone patterns that would work with Color Kaleidoscope. AC also does some good pattern papers with cameras, which this collection has.
Simple Stories Good Day Sunshine and Daily Grind had some bright fun colours that might work for you.
Good luck with your stash kit...it sounds like a lot of fun and makes me wish I was playing with paper right now!

Thank you-Went to my Basic Grey stash and pulled out 7 sheets each from different lines that work great. I also have an unused pack of Sweet Threads and I think there are some options there as well. I know at some point I had Lime Rickey, but I guess I used it all. I think I have both the Simple Stories you mentioned so I'll look there and can narrow it down. I love paper too and I've finally given myself permission to quit saving it!

I love paper too and I've finally given myself permission to quit saving it! That is the best feeling! I have so much hoarded paper, but it feels way better to use it than stash it...enjoy!

Some of the older Crate Paper lines have that distressed look too. Might have some luck there.

Some of the older Crate Paper lines have that distressed look too. Might have some luck there. I was also going to suggest older Crate Paper, also My Minds Eye, the Lost and Found lines specifically might work. If you have some Sassafrass Lass that might also work. Sounds like a great kit you are putting together!
