I’m wanting to branch out from pocket pages and want a nice sturdy cardstock base to use that can be turned, folded, glued, etc and hold up over time as the base for mini albums.
TIA!

For my memory books, I use letter sized 300 gsm card stock. I pick it up from Michaels in packs of 100 for $20. They are regularly on sale for $10 though. These are the kinds of pages I make with that. I had so much fun creating all the interactive pages. I’m working on a baby album for my sister right now. https://www.instagram.com/p/CJ8nOhOg4Sz

For the inside pages of my mini books I use the 65lb Recollections brand cardstock from Michaels (black/white/kraft). I do lots of flip pages and pockets, etc and it seems to hold up well for me.

I find the white and black cardstock from Michaels is generally my favorite for a non-textured cardstock. It also cuts great in my electronic cutters. Not too much of a fan of their other papers, but they got the cardstock right.
