How do you keep track of your supplies? Anyone use app called Scrap Organizer? I know a lot of people use Evernote, but I just haven't mastered that. Other thoughts?

I've tried to keep track electronically but honestly I don't keep up with it. I haven't heard of Scrap Organizer. If it's free I'd give it a shot and see how it goes.

I would never keep something like that up.
I have a paper catalogue of my stamps and try very hard to add the new ones as soon as I get them. Sometimes I even manage to do that but just in case no new stamp is put away until it is in the catalogue. And in all the years I have been buying stamps I have never bought a duplicate.
I keep a list of all my dies by company. I have been known to take that with me if I am going somewhere that I will see a lot of dies. And I set it beside the computer if I am buying on line.
I don't think I have ever bought duplicate paper in stacks. I may buy single sheets that I already have but I usually only buy a couple of sheets of any pattern so a couple extra isn't that big a deal.
For all the rest I really don't need to know what I have because I have a list of what I want. And if it is on that list then obviously I don't have it.
Now I am an impulse buyer when I am out in the stores but it is usually new product that grabs my attention so I don't have it. Or, of course, stamps but again they are probably new out.
I could spend all my time organizing and keeping track of inventory or I can craft.

This is how I tend to run things - keeping a list of what I want rather than what I already have. Sometimes this fails and I end up with a few of one particular thing (*cough* three packets of Studio Calico chipboard butterflies *cough*) but generally it keeps me on track. Now, if only the "want" list was funded through to completion!!

I use EverNote strictly for my supplies. I like it because it's cross-platform, cloud-synced, and freeform, so I can basically track different craft things different ways. Like I have one page that's just a list of all my inks, but a whole folder where each stencil and stamp has its own tagged entry, and then multiple folders full of pics for scraplifting, and a couple of wish lists too. It's been really helpful to me for tracking things I want to buy and stopping myself from buying duplicates especially.

The only thing I keep track of are my Copics. I just carry around a sheet of paper folded in a baggie with a graph of the colors I have. lol That is about as High Tech as I get! I love the idea of keeping track of some other things though so I might check out scrap organizer!

Right now I only keep track of my stamps because I have way too many of them. I'm not afraid of buying a duplicate stamp set necessarily, but of something that's similar. I use Evernote because I have the app on my phone and I can save an image to it and also use tags. Easy to search for something specific that way.
