They're not the exact size you want, but FoxPrint (https://www.foxprint.com/) does 3x3 and 4x4.

For the 3.5 x 3.5 you could use Photosheet to put it a 4x6 format with the correct amount of white space. You'd have to trim it when you get the print. I use Persnickety Prints for my 4x6's.
