My confession: I own everything The Greetery has released so far (with a few exceptions of things that just weren’t for me), and I have yet to use even one item. The reason for this is that I’ve been in transition/limbo for too long and have not had access to my crafting things or craft room for nearly two years. We just moved into a new house (closing soon), and I am really looking forward to unpacking and getting everything set up, so I can make things again!! Do you have a crafty confession to share too?? Do tell.

My confession: I would rather be in my craft room than anywhere else.

We moved into our new home over 18 months ago and I still haven't put away all of my craft room boxes. There may be a few still in the garage!

I had my craft room set up in the new house before we officially moved in and would craft during breaks from unpacking/moving.

I got rid of almost all of my craft room furniture, so I don’t have a lot of places to put things until I figure out what I want to get/how to set it up!

songbird, love The Greetery and Betsy Veldman! I haven't ordered from them yet because Betsy's designs usually involve a lot of stamping/inking, which I love the look of but hate doing, but I'm hoping to pick up the Nordic Frames dies sometime. My crafty confession is that I spend more time organizing/reorganizing my supplies than using them! To be fair, I think a lot of that is because my stash had outgrown my storage capabilities so I'm working on selling stuff so that it's more manageable and I only have stuff I truly love and will use. If my space is set up so that I can start and stop projects easily without a lot of shifting stuff around, I think I'll craft more...at least I hope!

I didn't have anywhere to put it and it's hard to decide on furniture. We had cabinets built on one wall, but of course that's not enough to contain all my supplies! Lol.

I got into card making from an SU demonstrator over 20 years ago. I still use SU, I love other companies and their lines but get overwhelmed with everything out there and revert to the safety of my catalog.
I get confused easily and even though I want to branch out I don't feel safe. And yes, I know how ridiculous that sounds! Just this week I wanted to buy the Glimmer Hot Foil system and found one for sale at a great price on Mercari but hemmed and hawed over it and then when I went to actually buy it, it was sold.
I also spend more time watching YT videos about crafting than I actually spend crafting!

My confession: I would rather be in my craft room than anywhere else. My crafty space is also where I'm working from while we've been working from home. I rarely leave the room now, after I finish work and on weekends I often hang out in here creating or just wasting time on the internet.

I have more stamps than I’m willing to count (but at least I have them organized well enough that I can find what I want very fast).

I'm not a big Shimelle fan, or a fan of most of the popular scrapbookers and stampers. Honestly, I'm so burned out when it comes to watching craft videos that I've unsubscribed to almost all of them. I've been making jewelry lately (I have an Etsy shop), and I'm more into watching those videos. I'm planning to make some summer cards this week. I'm going to a crop next week, but I might bring other things to work on.
I'm not sure that I've lost my passion for stamping and scrapping. I just feel overwhelmed with ideas, videos, tutorials, etc. I had to take a break. I'm looking forward to making some simple cards and layouts. I find them the most fun to make.

Due to the pandemic, I have probably only taken 10 photographs of my kids from March 2020 - present. My older child has 1000x more photographs than my younger one. Although I have enough supplies to last me for hundreds of years, I enjoy adding to my stash during really good sales.

I have another one- I don't love my Copics I tried them again last night and they just don't do it for me. I've started letting my 12 year old use them. Lol.

I'm mainly a paper crafter and card maker. I don't scrapbook anymore. I've been doing paper crafts the way we know it now since about 1998. I have enough supplies to open my own store. I just bought my first TM Distress Oxide ink pad. I have never done an inked background.

I look at a lot of my supplies and feel overwhelmed at "having" to use them. A sure sign of needing a break from shopping and needing to pass on some extras, hopefully not a sign of total burnout. I'm packing up gallon bags of crafty stuff for foster kids and feeling such relief that I don't have to keep (and therefore use) scraps and colored cardstock I don't love. I just keep finding more stuff to add to the kits.

When I buy crafty things I love (like anything doodlebug) I always buy 2 of each item. 1 to use and 1 to save in case a super special project comes along..
