DH has a board meeting tonight, so I am making a cheesy egg dish. He is allergic to dairy and eggs, so the kids and I enjoy them whenever he is out at dinner time. So I made cheese souffle, with chips (fries) and steamed broccoli and cauliflower.

Week 3 of my 21 Day Fix challenge so it's still irritatingly CLEAN and HEALTHY. Stir fry with onion, garlic, ginger, tofu, kale, rabe broccoli, Brussels sprouts,yellow pepper, mushrooms, water chestnuts, pea pods, a few peanuts, probably more leafy shit I forgot. Made with EXACTLY 1 tbs EVOO and sesame oil, soy sauce, sriachi sauce, on a bed of rice...EXACTLY ONE CUP of rice, no more.
And I'm so used to this, it felt like a treat! What have I become? Lolol

Last night I made Braised chicken and rice pilaf. I say this, because tonight I'm not cooking. We're doing a fend night. Dh had a big lunch at work and he's going to make himself a smoothie. Everyone else gets to raid the leftovers.
