I use the Color My Life app. I also have spreadsheets for some brands, since I own so many of those because it’s so easy to ctrl+f and check to make sure I don’t buy a duplicate. However, the more I get entered into Color My Life, I’m using the spreadsheets less and less. Same with me. I've been using the CML app for well over a year and its been a game changer. The spreadsheet that I was also using accidentally got deleted from my computer and I'm not even mad about it anymore lol. The key is the tags you use. I type in each sentiment as a tag, so if I'm searching for "best wishes", all of the sets with "best wishes" in it come up. I also tag each image, so, for instance, I can search for "maple" and pull up all the maple leaf and tree stamps I have, or just "leaf" and pull up all the leaf stamps I have, including maple. I've added my embossing folders and dies to it, and I'm working on my inks now. Once I add a product to the app, I put a little pink dot sticker on the product so that I know it's in the app. Once all of your older items are in it, its super quick just to add any new purchases as you get them. For cards, I take a photo of the card that I made and add it to the stamp sets and dies that I used on it so when I pull up that stamp set I can see the picture of the card I made with it and who I sent it to (I add their name as a tag). I may have worded that poorly but hopefully you get the idea. My only complaint is that the app can be a bit slow to load when I go to add an item, but once its loaded then its fine. I’ve never experienced the slowness you mention. How many items do you have entered? I’m up over 2k and counting with no issues. Crossing fingers! Are you in any of the FB groups for CML? CML Insiders is good because usually you can ask questions and get a response from the company-though they are sometimes slow to respond (especially when they are working on getting a new release/update out).

I have probably about 1000 items entered. I'm on an iPhone 11, I don't know if that makes a difference - maybe Android is faster. The slowest part of the app for me is when I do a search, I just checked and it took 18 seconds to be able to start typing. I love the app and its worth it, though. I just joined FaceBook this week so that I can participate in some of the online events. I'll have to join the CML groups, I didn't realize they existed. Thanks for the tip!

I have an iPhone as well, but it is a 12. Is your OS up to date? That is a really long lag! Do you generally take your pics and upload them or take them within the app? Not sure if image file sizes might be bogging things down for you.

So I’m about 75% done with stamping all of my stamps onto 6x8 paper for inventory purposes. Some thoughts: It takes MUCH longer to do this than I originally estimated it would. Hours of time. My fingers are constantly stained black. Those tiny stamp sets from Studio Calico may be the death of me. Lawn Fawn stamp shammy is the best thing ever. That said, I absolutely do not regret this project. I can very clearly see the kinds of stamps I no longer need to buy. I have tons of ideas for layouts and projects just from stamping, now I know what I have. It’s going to be awesome…when I finish. Linda has been so great and encouraging through this! Your feedback has convinced me to do this. It will be the last part of my reorganization project. I also need to get something to clean the stamps (baby wipes?) and find a binder or notebook that is expandable so I can add to it as I buy more. I’m going to have to look at the videos linked above again. I use a shammy that I bought in the auto section at Walmart and cut down into smaller pieces. It works amazingly well to clean stamps!!

I don’t use baby wipes much because they seem to leave fibers on my stamps.
