Remember when Bella Blvd released 'To the Moon' and some of us commented that the papers looked VERY similar to other papers previously out by other companies? Well while going through my stash to make a layout for DS, I found one of the twin papers to BB's 'To the Moon' sky's the limit paper... Simple Stories Bro & Co vs Bella Blvd To the Moon:  I also was going through ds's layouts and I found 2 other papers that look like both. I can't remember the companies though. Just thought I would share. |

Haha, I have to admit that when I read the thread title, I thought this would be about searching for paper/embellishments with a twin theme! Lol.

American Crafts sometimes uses the same design paper across several lines. There is a floral one in the upcoming Paige Evans line that I'm pretty sure I have in Amy Tan and in another line I can't remember off the top of my head. They change the color but use the same pattern.

Lol my husband is a twin and I was thinking, I’ve never scrapped that… I was thinking it would definitely be a niche appeal (just looked it up, twins occur in 1 out of 250 pregnancies and who knows how many of those would be scrapbookers), but at least it's a new theme, right? Lol. Actually now that I think about it...it could be kind of fun in some ways! Like for patterned paper, the A and B sides could be the same pattern but in opposite colors (not pink/blue gendered, just two colors that go together but are not alike). With alpha stickers, they could have two different fonts, one for each twin. Hmmm...now I'm gonna keep thinking about this for the rest of the night! |

I think there was a paper in a My Minds Eye boy line years ago that looked like that too, in a sky blue background. I'll have to go check to see if I'm remembering it correctly. The girl line was called My Girl, but I can't remember the name of the boy line.
I never realized that AC released the same paper in different colorways in various lines! Interesting.

In regards to the stars, it’s basically a copy of the converse logo. Since those are popular with teens it doesn’t surprise me.
There are certain designs that are going to be similar, no matter what a chevron is a chevron.
