We watched it and, as former New Yorkers, found it fascinating. Those were the days before Rudy Giuliani lost his mind and still had a sterling reputation. I remember hearing about each head of the crime families being arrested back then - I never thought it would happen.

I never thought it would happen I remember it a bit. Combination of too young and not in NY. But I remember the evening news talking about it - as they showed in clips. Now, looking on it as an adult, it makes me proud of the audacity of the FBI and DOJ. When they're serving the American public, they are formidable. I never knew the capo di tutti capi got whacked. |
