Sunday morning talk shows always seen to bring “interesting” comments from our elected officials on both sides. And every once in awhile you have an interviewer pushes back like in this case.
It should happen more often.

He wants to make sure to pay for it yet is against increasing the taxes on the rich and corporations back to what they were before the trump tax cut.
So the only other way to pay for it is to apply fees that affect those who can’t afford them.

You start talking about some sort of voter ID then you dare well better make it so every single eligible voter can obtain one with absolutely no fuss. Otherwise it’s an obstruction.

I grumble about the deficit from time to time. But there are times when we need to put the deficit aside to do what ‘s best for the country. This is one of them.
