Let's do this!
I have a blurb book that's almost finished - it's a collection of lists and photos and little stories from 2020, but then I figured I could add some stories from 2019 as well since we had a weird Christmas that year and I didn't make a book for it. I haven't worked on it for ages so I need to figure out what I've got and how much more I want to add, and then I can send it to get printed.
And I'm thinking about Christmas cards even though 1. they don't sell well in my shop 2. I've already made a medium flat rate box full for charity (many upcycled from last year's swap) and 3. I'm not currently planning to do the swap this year. Chances are I will make a bunch of cards and put them in my shop where they won't sell, I will make another box for charity, and I will give in to peer pressure to sign up for the swap again. lol. Or maybe I'll just make some nice cards for friends and family.
I still have some more holiday cards to upcycle too.

I had a temp job from April to June, so I treated my self to a new release paper. I'm usually super cheap and not that picky about Christmas paper, but this Santa!! I thought it might be fun to do a mini album of my ornaments. I bought five.  |

I just printed out some photos from our 3 community lights drives we went on. So dd and ds will each get a layout about that. Just need to select my papers.

I'm working on finishing up December 2019 - it'll be a mix of everyday pages and more Christmas-y ones - most of the Christmas ones ended up in my Dec Daily which is done. I realised I never printed the company Christmas party pictures so just picked those up at CVS to work on next.

I'm going to join in with this. I only managed eight days in last year's DD so I'm going to work on that. Going to go through my photos this afternoon when I should be doing some work and decide on my stories, write a list and actually do some planning.

Cleaning up my DD 2020 so I can call it done. We moved this spring and spent a couple months in temporary housing. My craft stuff was all packed away. Now that I’m done unpacking I’m itching to do some crafting!

Getting ready to watch the new Hallmark movie at 9:00 while I clean up my scrapbooking area. Might even crack open the Hallmark wine I got for Christmas. Happy Chistmas in July everyone!

I've been working through my files trying to figure out where I was up to with my Christmas blurb and what still needs to be done. I out Hallmark on in the background and worked through the mostly finished pages and got bogged down with some others that needed a bit more help. I also made a list of each story/page that I've done, got as a WIP, and haven't started, and then went through the 2019 photos to see how many stories there would be to add. Not sure if it makes more sense to do them all together in one book. Both weird Christmases for our family but very different from each other.
Anyway, progress! At least I know how much I need to do to finish 2020. Not too much.

joblackford - sounds like good progress I finished up December 2019 and have pulled out December 2015 to work on - again a mix of everyday and christmas photos - I think this is the only Christmas-y one so far. I am finding that my Christmas stash needs a good purge and replenishment...what's mostly left at this point are the papers and embellishments I haven't managed to make work so far - leftovers so to speak. So once I finish up Christmas 2015, I'm giving myself permission to toss/donate most of what's left and pick up something new. Any suggestions? I have HL in town and Michaels/Joanns about an hour away. No LSS. I like traditional green/red colours esp. dark green/cranberry and I'm finding like like b-sides better than A-sides for the most part. I use a LOT more cardstock and PP than I do embellishments but I could use some new embellishments - again traditional (holly, candles, Christmas tree, Santa) type images/words

finished up Christmas 2015 today - just have 3 more layouts to finish up December 2015. I love this paper so was glad to finally find a photo to use it on.  Used Echo Park Away in a Manger collection kit for these   |
