I scrapbook chronologically. Something I have been thinking about, since I've realized that I don't have a lot of photos for 2020 and 2021, since outings and socializing were non-exsistant or limited.
Filling up 2020 and 2021 scrapbooks.
I've come up with some ideas to supplement my photos. Photos of.... My bed. Sleeping in daily, staying up all night. Toilet Paper. The hoarding. The frenzied buying. Organizing. Closet-drawers-cupboards. The gym, not open. My dumb-bells, my yoga at(for planks), my stairs- up and down stairs mutliple times, etc.... and the other exercise I did at home, improvising. Snacks....omg! way too much snacking Sanitizer-masks-gloves Car insurance. Refund received, because of very little driving. Favorites stores. No shopping. Some stores closed. (I figured I can do an early morning, parking lot empty photo). E-Books. Photo of Library website. Photo of my phone. Much more texting, facetiming, calling, etc...
Wondering if anyone has any ideas to add?

We did a bunch of house/yard projects. binged so many TV shows... played board games Zoom school curbside pick up (my favorite was the liquor store)
and don't forget all the memes and ridiculous guidelines at the beginning like quarantining the mail and washing the groceries

Memes Twitter posts News headlines Stats and graphs (I think you call them charts in the US?) What you read, binge-watched, crafted Pandemic cooking and baking (fairly easy to recreate)

my 2020/2021 albums aren't any emptier than usual but I've scrapped a lot more everyday, around the house moments than usual
board games, cats, masks, school/work at home, zoom, online Mass, cooking/baking, gardening, crafts....
I also did a monthly layout from Jan 2020 - March 2021 focusing on the pandemic using the Persnickety Prints timelines. Not sure yet if I'll continue the monthly layouts now the timelines have stopped but I might at least through June when my youngest got her last vaccine.

I didn't want to make a big deal about some aspects of the pandemic because my family might have different thoughts about some aspects of it, but my 2020 blurb book was the thickest it has ever been. I can't explain why. Apparently I took photos of all the things even though nothing was supposedly happening.
ETA: home haircuts, the process and results? That was a fun spread for my book.
