The lilac color is hard to find this year seems like. And might not be a color you love?? Could you wear a white and gray print or a silver-gray solid silk dress and carry lavender colored flowers?

Do you want to be able to wear the dress again in the future Tbh, no. This color just isn't something I'd usually wear. But at the same time... I don't want to scream BRIDESMAID. I'm 48 lol, I thought I as done with these dumb dresses Have you thought about getting a floral or patterned dress with the lilac as one of the colors, and wearing a wrap or shawl in lilac for the wedding ceremony that you could take off for the reception? That's what I'd try to do with a color that I didn't like.

I LOVE that colour! I'd try to find a dress in a lilac floral print rather than a solid colour, so that I'd be more likely to wear it again.
I just searched my favourite on-line dress shops but as it is winter here, it's slim pickings.

I love the selection at Chi Chi London. You have plenty of time for it to ship too!

What do y'all think about this? It's more casual than I expected to pick, but I like it and feels English garden-y to me. I sent the picture to my brother and his partner and their response was "looks fine to us." MEN lol

Although it's hard for me to get past the color, as it would be death on me, I do like the style very much. It's youthful, more youthful that several of the dresses posted, and if you feel it's too casual, it could easily be made more dressy with accessories. The shoes on the model are perfecto.

You might try Revolve.com
I have a 250 guest destination wedding (Hawaii) we postponed from 2020 to 2022 that had 8 groomsmen and 8 Brian bridesmaids. Ugh. That was hard selecting attire….
We eloped and married last week in Hawaii just the two of us. I had hoped for a semi-casual and short white dress but the one that looked best was long and not one I thought would look good when I ordered it but was getting desperate. I looked great in it, even with extra COVID pounds.
I found my elopement dress on Revolve.com after ordering and trying on at least 40 short and long, white and light color, dresses from various websites….
My real wedding dress is still hanging in a bag waiting for the real deal.
I personally don’t care for dresses that aren’t a solid color but it can be hard to wade through a bunch of options to find one of the right color and that is also flattering..
good luck!

What about a tailored tuxedo style suit with a blouse in this color?

I sent the picture to my brother and his partner and their response was "looks fine to us." MEN lol That would be fine for a " British garden party" feel. It would also separate you from the bridesmaids ( I'm guessing that the colour swatch in your first post is the colour of their dresses.) It would " blend" in with the groomsmen too but still pick up the colour theme provided the flowers are a " shade/blending" of the same colour as the swatch. Lilac/lavender is such a hard colour to match and even worse on a screen and more so as a block colour. Alternatively, I would also consider something in a silvery grey colour but not so dressy as some of the ones that have been posted on here if you still wanted to keep to the B Garden theme and be more on the groomsmen that the bridesmaid side. Love the venue. A string quartet playing in the grounds of that venue would really make it a very British garden theme of a wedding

This would be the winner for me (and looks comfy, too)!

Have you heard of eshakti? Their dresses are all customizable, so you can adjust the neckline, sleeve length, skirt length, etc., and they are made to order… meaning, when you place the order you add additional information like your height, shoulder-to-waist, waist-to-floor measurements, etc, and not just a basic size. (AND their dresses have pockets!) I’ve ordered from them a few times, and my mom (who is an excellent, very picky seamstress) was surprised at the quality for the price. I’m not sure if something like this print would work (it has lavender flowers, but isn’t lavender all-over) but I like this dress: www.eshakti.com/shop/Dresses/Floral-bird-print-dupioni-pleat-waist-dress-CL0083312 And just modifying the skirt length changes the vibe a lot:

The colors will coordinate well with the suits, and it's a flattering style. I also like the idea of a floral since you're the only female in the wedding party I'm guessing there won't be a lot of bouquets. I like the shoes too!

I don't know if this is dressy enough but Talbots has this dress. I have broad shoulders and a collar always helps. Lavender dress
