Initially, I loved everything that Cocoa Vanilla was releasing, and purchased quite a bit. However, I am now finding a lot of their collections look very similar.
Their prices are also quite expensive, in comparison to other scrapbook collection packs / embellishments. For example, their 12x12 collection pack usually sells for around $30 Canadian. Yeah, I understand the papers are generally thicker than other companies, and the items are shipped from Australia... but at this price, I'd rather buy three EP/CB collection packs. Okay, vent over, LOL.

That's the challenge when the owner is also the only designer. Zoe has been recycling some of her designs for years, the orange leaf print in this collection I own in black and green, the tiny floral is very similar to the one from More Than Words, and the paper named Daybreak, with the edge design, has been used in various forms in Midnight, Happiness, Legendary, You Rock, and Boys Rule. Her aesthetic is a good fit for my style right now so I don't mind the repetition too much, and my pre-order should be delivered this week. |

I pre-ordered 5 sheets plus the A5 pack.
I like the soft colors and find they're easy to work with. I like that they don't cross into a real pastel range. They're just soft.

I agree, it's too similar to a previous line. I will look carefully at my CV collection and see if I really "need" any of this because of the prices! I do love her choices in general and want to support this company. |

I have seen that all over houses theme so much. I just saw much of it this morning as I looked in my house theme box. Nothing new here. However if someone didn't have these themes I can see why they would want it.

I love Cocoa Vanilla's boys lines but the more girly stuff does nothing for me.
This collection is not appealing to me, which is a shame because I really want to support this company.

I am down to one page a few slivers of last years' Daydream, and this new collection would fall directly into that nearly empty spot. I love the muted colours: they work for any gender, most occasions.

I still have lots of Daydream, but I am hoping that this one coordinates well enough that I can just pick up a few pieces and use them together. Some of the icons in this line don't work quite as well for me.
