Do you have a specific day you go grocery shopping?
I have fallen into the Sunday morning shopper, because my store I prefer isn’t that busy then. It’s in a shopping district, and since none of the stores are open yet, the grocery store is slow. If I choose a different store, I have to go on Saturday’s because they aren’t open on Sunday, and it confuses my family, lol.

I usually go Thursdays because that’s when the new sales week begins. I can’t go weekends because those are the busiest days, and if I don’t make it to the store before church lets out, it’s a madhouse.

Not really a specific day anymore. In fact, I haven't been to Costco, my normal place for the bulk of my groceries, since the pandemic started. I have been using Instacart and it has been so much simpler. And I think I actually spend less because I don't walk by items that I didn't really need but fell victim to good marketing strategies or a demonstration. I really like just opening my front door to find everything nicely stacked up and ready to bring in the house. I like it so much that I don't know if I will ever go back to shopping in person. Certainly not for a full shopping list.
I did stop in at the grocery store across the street a couple of days ago because I needed two small items immediately. I went in with my mask on, only to discover the only people wearing masks were myself, one other shopper, and the employees. I mentioned it to the cashier as she ran my groceries and she said that people have slowly stopped wearing them in the store. We assumed it was as people were vaccinated, they didn't feel the need to wear them any longer. The last time I was in that same grocery store, which was several months ago, everyone had a mask on. The cashier said she wasn't willing to give her mask up because it made her feel safer when she had to interact with dozens of people all day. The statistics for my area are very high regarding vaccinations, but she said she didn't trust that everyone in her line had already had theirs.

Not a specific day, but I do take into consideration of how busy the parking lot will be if I’m going into the store (I usually do grocery pick up, but occasionally will need to go inside). Over the past few months I’ve been going on Friday, but that’s mostly because I try to do the bulk of my cooking and prepping on the weekend.

I am all over the place then it comes to grocery shopping. I do avoid Sundays because nothing is on sale that day and after work hours because it's so busy.

Before the pandemic we used to grocery shop after work or on weekends. I hated going to Costco on the weekend, but that was the only time we had. Now that I have been working from home, I can get in a quick grocery run during the weekday during less busy hours. We don’t have a set day. We go when we need food and when we have a good break in the work load.

I do Sunday morning as part of getting set up for the week, and usually Wednesday afternoon on the way home from work.
I am not really in a position to shop sales and things right now - I have to do my shopping when and how I can with my schedule. I usually do Giant pickup because it’s a pretty good combination of value and convenience overall.

I have no specific day but I've always tried to avoid weekends because too busy. Especially in resort town 'round here. Exception to the rule is Sundays during football season when the Packers are playing. Especially if it's a "big game", it's deader than a doornail. Lol

I don't have a set day. Usually it's in the back half of the week, and I avoid the weekend, especially these days. It also depends on which store I go to because the sales start on different days.

Tuesdays at Kroger for pickup due to senior day. (Parents get 5% off since they are 65+) I will go to WM across the street for my stuff.
We will pick up things throughout the week though, typically Fridays due to yard sales or Sunday due to papers/GW $1 Day

Sunday, because I’m too lazy to go Saturday. If I’m really feeling lazy I will put it off until Monday and go on my lunch hour.

My day is usually Thursday unless that day is a holiday or an eve of a holiday. I avoid all stores on holidays, eves of holidays, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
I am an early shopper. I am literally at the door as they are unlocking it. I try to have all of my shopping and errand running done by 10:30/11am.
Before the pandemic, the stores in town had different hours than now. I use to shop at 5am at Walmart or 6 am at the other grocery stores. I wish the hours would change back.

Monday or Tuesday as a rule. It used to be to restock after the weekend with the kids/friends etc. Now I menu plan on Sunday and either go in or book a Click and Collect.

I go Friday during my lunch hour from work. It's just the most convenient time for me. I hate grocery shopping on weekends.

I work nights 4 on then 4 off... i also live rural... about 25 miles outside of town... so my 1st day off i go in and do all errands.. post office, bank, *big* laundry if needed and then grocery store... i shop for our days off.. it is only dh n myself..
Then i do an online pickup on my 1st night back to work... when i get off that morning i pick up what we need for the work week.. so technically twice a week but really its every 4ish days...

Yes, it is typically Monday but I am thinking of switching to Sunday for a few reasons...
*I can food prep for the week and have more time.
*I can drop ds off at school and take dd to her college campus and not have to worry about going to the store.
*I can grab anything specific for game day (football).
*I won't feel rushed.
*dh and the two kids are home to help me out.
I will still also shop Friday specials at Albertson's as needed.

I go every 2 weeks. I try to go during the day on a week day. I live 30 miles out of town and am still WFH so take a half day of work usually.
If I need milk in the interim, I go to the dairy a few miles away and pick some up.

I order groceries once a week usually mid to late week. I may go inside another grocery store if we need something else or for something our Walmart doesn't carry. Those trips just depend on when I'm out.

We check our planners for other obligations, then go when nothing else is happening.

We've been doing pick up only for the last year or so. Usually on Fridays or Mondays. I treatment go into a grocery store anymore and I love it!

I usually go to Costco on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday during the day. I’m already over on that side of town to go to my chiropractor so I try to knock out any other errand I also might need to run. If I don’t need to go to Costco then I’ll hit Target instead because it too is right there. I like to combine my trips any time I can so I’m not wasting a lot of time driving around needlessly.

I don't have a set day. I tend to go do smaller trips multiple times a week. Mostly because I suck at meal planning LOL. At least beyond 2 or 3 days at a time. I do try to go during the day as much as possible and avoid the stores on Saturdays like the plague. And I refuse to step into costco after 4pm or on a weekend.

Saturday morning, 7:00am. It's been our "date" for years, ever since the kids were old enough to leave at home for a few hours. We hit the locally owned grocery store, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and sometimes Costco. Creatures of habit!

Not anymore. When I had the family to cook for yes I went every Thursday morning. Now that it’s just me I go to the store whenever I want or run out of something. I pop in after work for a couple of things or whatever. It works better this way, I waste more if I buy too much ahead and then I don’t feel like cooking or eating it. This way I get what I’m in the mood for when I’m in the mood for it.
We had a shopping day for the lockdown though.
