The OA blog says the kits should be on sale today. New papers and stamp set are included and you can choose if you want the album or not.

Moi aussi. At this point I wonder if it will be up today or not. Seems pretty late for the Midwest.

The sneak looks really cute. I wonder if their products are stuck in the same situation as Ali's DD albums.

Hi, @furrypea! Nice to see you too!
I registered here this past summer pretty soon after it started, and I was really busy with work at the time and never got the chance to get on much. Now I have a little more free time on my hands and am able to catch up on what's going in in the scrap world!
I didn't get married yet, we're taking the long engagement route. These darn weddings are expensive! Really cuts into the scrap budget, lol. Life is going really well, we're planning the wedding and looking at becoming homeowners very soon. I hope all is wonderful with you too, I'm sure I'll see you around the board now that I'm able to be more active here!

Their December Story kit is up for sale, but the description is very vague. It says main kit: with things listed under it but they're labeled exclusives. What comes with the kit and what is a add-on?
Seriously, those people who run OA need someone with better marketing skills...

I can't tell if the add-on is the stamp they show, or a different stamp, or something else entirely.

It says more pictures coming so hopefully that will clear it up. I do like the stamp, but so far haven't seen enough to make me want it. Here's the link for those interested: OA December Kit

What a let down. I've been waiting specifically for their kit. I'm really hoping the "more pictures" part wows me. Right now I'm just EH. And I agree with you MDscrapaholic they need a better marketing person. Come on OA I'm rooting for you!!!

I think it is cute, but it does need more pictures. I am pretty sure the add on is an additional (second stamp set) plus more! Whatever "more" is...I don't do December Daily type albums because they are always so Northern hemisphere themed...sigh...is won't be snowing here or cold, so it will seem a bit odd to use those sorts of products. I want it anyway, but that is just absurd. I am saving my money for Santa Sacks.

I need to know what is with the add-on. I can always sell a stamp so I don't mind buying it but if the rest of the stuff is buttons or chipboard, that's not me. Stickers, heck yeah.
I guess we are now going to have to wait for a decent hour midwest time to see some pics. I was up at the crack of dawn checking!
I didn't buy the kit last year and I regret it.

From the pictures, it looks like the paper is 8 1/2 X 11, not 12x12. Or are they a size to fit the album?

It says 6x8 right in the description. I'm not impressed. I like their designs usually but this kit bores me. I don't like the stamp at all

Wonder what is in the "add on" - did I miss what's in it?

Very confusing. They want us to spend 100.00+ and not show an album or what the add ons are. I need more photos.

I usually like their holiday stuff -- did my fall and Xmas spreads last year in Egg Nog and Apple Cider -- but this one isn't doing it for me. I think their older lines are better, and the 'extras' you can get more cheaply in the generic from a brick-and-mortar.
Did American Crafts buy them? Or does the stamp always get made by American Crafts now? (Noticed the packaging/labeling has that AC 'look'.)

sorry, but I think this is ugly. It looks like it was just thrown together as they were being pressured by everyone asking when it would be posted. I ended up purchasing from crafty steals 2 of their other Christmas lines I'll be using this year. next year I'll be looking for someone new.

I am so disappointed. I think the price is too high. I love OA and got every other Santa sack they offered, but not this time. I won't pay that price plus shipping.

Definitely not enough information for the price. It doesn't even specify if the kits are ready to be shipped. I would think not, as then they would be able to have complete photos. There are just too many other good Christmas lines and December kits out there to risk buying this one.

It is not a Santa Sack. That is totally different. The price adds up retailwise though it certainly isn't a good sale or anything.
