According to Insider, emails went out to Trump supporters on Wednesday night asking them to choose their favorite design for what the campaign has inevitably dubbed “Trump Cards.” In a typically understated color scheme of blood red with golden lettering, the cards display Trump’s name and a membership number. In the email, Trump wrote: “The card you select will be carried by Patriots all around the Country. They will be a sign of your dedicated support to our movement to SAVE AMERICA, and I’m putting my full trust in you.” Insider reported that the link to vote for one of four designs took users directly to a Trump fundraising page. Trump’s team didn’t take up the chance to explain to Insider what the cards are actually for.”

They are evil and rotten to the core. i don't think that insignia was chosen by accident. it's been seen on other items his team have released in the past. it is a not-so-subtle-wink-wink-nod-nod to who they want toting their card around. they are fooling no one. |

"good for 6 credits at Trump University". i thought he liked them uneducated? do they actually have to attend classes or will the university just put that in their transcript? oh wait, i get it now. they have to enroll, pay the regular tuition and then get the 6 credits free. more ways for what's-his-face to make money i guess.

that design is a bad idea, but the idea behind the card itself is what I find worse, and a bit more concerning: "The Trump camp sent two emails on August 4 asking supporters to get on board with carrying the red and gold cards, which look like credit cards and bear the former president's signature.

That sounds very much like events that happened, oh, I don't know... about 75-80 years ago... it didn't end well then, so I hope this isn't a case of history repeating itself. Why would you need one? To prove your allegiance to Trump? But again they keep trying to liken a vaccination card to papers and then they come up with this. The design is really creepy. |

 This reminds me of how jealous I was that my older sister had an official membership card for the Banana Splits Club when we were really little. It was the only thing she carried in a little wallet which was the only thing she carried in her little purse besides maybe a Bonne Bell Orange Crush Lip Smacker. She would show her membership card to the cashier at JCPenney when my mom would use her credit card. The cashier would then comment on how lucky and special my sister was. But I was maybe four years old. What are these fools thinking, wanting to carry around that card? |
